Okay, so speaking from an American point of view- its crazy! Its crowded, busy, and you need to watch out for people touching each other. I only went to one store (jewelry), it was not busy where I went and the shopkeeper was really nice and helpful, and helped me out a lot. Hence, I am giving one extra star. I dont think its a pricey place, and you have lots of options to choose from.
