The goal of the campaign is that, in principle, their clients do not ask for any help, because you will definitely not get it there.As a result, they took a camera down for cleaning, said when you arrive in your city, send the docks to the equipment. But, having called the next day, they again began to demand registration in the NPS .... In general, this is a tin, I then ... Just a terrible attitude .... Plus they got nasty (and this is a man in some kind of leadership position). Just tin

The administrator at the service center on Novinsky Boulevard (he was also on Kurskaya) is rude, makes his demands. Very low level of service. After such communication, I will definitely not contact this service center.

He attended an intensive course at NikonSchool, which is located in the stores premises. In general, I liked everything - the store is small, but the selection of equipment is impressive. It is a pity that professional equipment today is a very expensive pleasure due to the increased dollar exchange rate ... Well, the school deserves a separate review :)

Nikon Service Center is located next to Kurskaya metro station. I repaired my camera here. Everything was repaired, it works. No complaints. There is also a company store where you can buy goods. And there is also a photography school in the same office.

There is a camera and a Nikon lens, and there is me, not too versed in photography. But the quality of the pictures was confusing. The soft focus problem was haunting. As a result, I turned to an authorized service (I do not really trust the bright advertising banners, so I chose this path). Bottom line: the problem really was (the lens was poorly configured) and in this service without a divorce for new parts and so on. it was quickly eliminated at an affordable cost.

The paradox is that nobody agreed on the additional services by phone or e-mail. Yes, and when replacing the shutter on the technological map is not required to clean the matrix? This is not included in the list of manipulations when performing the replacement of this node, this is add. services ?! Serious service, and the approach to work looks at the level of a stall.

It cost more than 10,000, yes, the problem was fixed, but after about 9 months everything returned to normal, despite the fact that the camera was kept very carefully, no drops. A guarantee is given only 6 months, 6 MONTHS, Karl! That is, they offered me to pay 10 K again, which I refused. With them. After another 6 months, all the rubber bands and the ring on the lens fell off, apparently after their wonderful professional analysis.NEXT, the lamp burns out in an external flash after a fall. I decided to contact them for repair. T.K. Well, its official! As a result: the lamp burned out after 7 months, although the previous one worked for 4 years and only burned out from falling, in short, you can’t change it under warranty, because it is 6 months (repair cost more than 6000, you could buy a used flash), also after a few months After repair, the rubber bands on the bend of the flash peeled off, just flew off.Bottom line: a little less than 20,000 ₽ was spent on the repair of everything and as a result, in less than a year, everything again broke down, with careful handling.
