Huawei Customer Service is located at the 5th floor of Baitul View Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka opposite of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque. This service center is for the repair of Huawei Mobile set and other devices. Normally they try to do the servicing of a mobile in an hour. Their customer service is cordial. There are no wheelchair entrance in the building.

Good service. Place is a little small. Waiting is troublesome when crowded.

If you have a broken huawei phone dont go there to fix, they fix your phone but also create more problem.i had a hardware problem in my phone then fixed it then broke other hardware and the software also broken which is not even relate to the hardware.Their intention is how to get money from you pocket

Friendly but most complecated solution is done from Head office (Mirpur Branch)

I went to change the battery of my P9-Lite. They examine the phone before receiving and certified with no significant body damage. After changing the battery, when they returned the phone back to me, I found the back of the phone in lower left was been damaged while they were changing the battery. At first they denied that it was their fault but when I got angry they tried to convince me saying that me be there was a previous fault which could not be seen in bear eyes but it exploded when they opened the case. They just simply apologize like it can happen and it doesn’t matter. I asked them to replace the back, they said that they haven’t any. Just a horrible experience.
