A great experience of outside seating and food in winters afternoon due to Covid SOPs. Awesome food. Went there after a long time and have to say that new opening has revived the good old taste. Food was fresh in addition to being lovely taste. Starters soup and honey wings set the pace for Chicken Makhni with Biryani. A must go for all food lovers.

Visited on 04.06.2021Taste was just average or i would say below average.Prices are high as compared to the taste.We tried kung pao chicken, egg fried rice, drum sticks and all of them tastes just average.Although Chowmein were good.We havent tried Desi Menu and BBQ. So cant comment on it if its worth trying.Service was quick and excellent. Staff was good.Ambience was excellent.

Came for dinner with my friends. We loved our Pakistani mains which were amazing with lots of flavors, very impressive for a meet restaurant.When we arrived at almost at 9:00 PM, we don’t have to wait for single minutes they got our table ready. OK, although we didn’t have a reservation, the restaurant was only half full. Well Organized and neat and clean place. Grandiose Restaurant in Sialkot is amazing and delicious place to dine. Thoroughly enjoyed food and service. Excellent eating experience from walking in the door and being greeted by employee. we enjoyed variety of food Thai, Bar.B.Q, Continental, Chinese, Pakistani and many more. In comparison to same as other restaurants in city they had more range in dishes We ordered the different dishes from menu as a side dish and they looked delicious but our food arrived late. But I will recommend you to taste different at same place. And if you love ice cream then this is best place and you loved it and you are at right place. Neat and clean staff with beautiful smile. Went there for a party and the staff seemed to be rude with guests they should work on it and food is okay

Food was good and tasty but order got delayed for sometime ( no issues)Manager and staff was very CooperativeLittle expensive as compared to other restaurants.They should now use inside hall with proper Covid SOPs outside its too cold these daysThe only thing i have observed that they don’t have credit/ debit cards machine

First of all I dont like there crockery, spoons are rough and not properly cleaned, managers were busy on phones or talking to there colleagues, they even forget what you ordered and after asking several times they bring your complete order I dont recommend.

Its a good restaurant. Food was good but there were flies in the haal. Needs to give attention on hygiene.

Frankly speaking we were quite hopeful to have fun here and likely so enjoyed spaciousness but firstly our food arrived late. Then we found a hair in food and told their waiters. The guy directly picked it with his pinch and returned us the plate as if its not a big deal at all! Staff is not taught to be professional in behavior. However, we enjoyed variety of food. In comparison to other similar restaurants in city they had more range in each platters. But sadly its not as crowdy as other similar restaurants nearby. Also they were illegally overpricing water bottles. Its illegal in Pakistan to sell water for more than its retail price. Rule applies to entire restaurant industry as well. When we highlighted this issue staff misbehaved and we shot the video to lodge complaint to concerned authorities. Point of sharing this information is to spread awareness and not to undermine any singular brand. Overall not to enjoyable experience.
