Very well maintained showroom !! Bought my 3rd bike from there !!Their customer service is really poor. Under no circumstances do not ask them to do your paperwork as they will never be able to deliver or time neither they have the courtesy to inform you of the delay in the process.

The showroom is not bad but the customer service was not good enough. The person gave me the money receipt, doesnt know how to behave with the customers. They had taken almost a month to give me the papers, but after asking the reason, his behaviour was very unprofessional.

Actually I was there in their service centre to change my motorbikes engine oil. Great service. They were enough friendly and cooperative.

All the persons (sales & after sales) are most experienced as Grey MC is beimg with this business since long. Grey MCs technicians are very expert in solving any problem of bikes.

They are the only authorised Honda dealer around Mohammadpur. Their service centre is okay.

A decent showroom with some good salespersons who are determined to sell any motorcycle (both stupid & great Honda motorcycle).Service center is great but recent addition of extra fee for changing parts/anything is unbearable. (Even the prices of parts went high as well.)One more thing, they really should change the floor tiles by parking tiles. Those plain tiles are slippery so be extra cautious while entering to the service center.

Servicing quality is ok but you cant get any emergency service like parts are not available in their shop. They must improve their inventory management.

I am not happy with their service. They keep me 20mints in queue without confirming they will provide service or not.

Loved the place, the service is good and fast. But the problem is, there is no parking place, so you have to park road-side. More servicing stations must be installed to provide service to this mass users.

I bought a hornet bike from them. After couple of months the bikes chain was not working properly. Almost all bikes has the same problem and their policy was to change the chain spocket. When I communicate with them they said they don’t have the stock of chain spocket. Finally my bikes chain has been broken so I change it myself. But when I claim the chain spocket they said still they Don’t have the stock on the other hand if I changed already myself they will not take the responsibility. But they are responsible for the delay and within that time my chain spoket has been broken. So it’s their responsibility to change the spocket but they denied.

They sale Honda. I bought a Honda on 16 September but yet I didnt get my Registration Paper. And I talk 5 number motor rider that what is the skill level of their Motorcycle repair all are they inform me that their mechanic are not good but I didnt given any service yet so I cant confidently say their service not good.
