Amidst chaos and crowd of Gulistan area is center is totally different. Very few people are aware of its existence here. Their bookshop have good collection, although their arrangement is a total mess and service is poor. They could provide a good library service.

Good collection of the book but the location is not good. Always over crowded and noisy.

Its a cool place to read books. Its not crowdy like National Public Library. Though it have noisy environment of Guliatan Area, overall environment is comfortable than that of Public Liberary

It is one of the big library in this area. They have all kinds of book in this library. Like story drama science fiction novel poem and others. They also collect daily newspaper and preserve them.they collect new and old writers book like Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam, satyendranath Dutta, Mohammad Zafar Iqbal, Sukumar Roy. shamsur Rahman, Sufia Kamal ,Michael Madhusudan Dutta, Manik Bandopadhyay, Sikandar Abu Jaipur, Syed waliullah, sukanto vottacharjo,.the people of locality comes everyday hair and read their favourite writers books novels and poems. Students are also come here to read books. It is very helpful place to and reach our knowledge and dont know our history. They also collect history books.

The book or book is the important and effective tool for human resources development. And the library is one of the treasures of this book. For this, it is necessary to create a textile nation in order to increase reading awareness among the people of different classes and to inspire the bookspace by creating opportunities for nationwide textbooks. With the help of knowledge-based society, more and more use of books and libraries to bring the main population of the country to the mainstream of production is undeniable. In view of this goal, in 1987, the city library was established in its own building by the then President of the Honorable Chief Minister, under the overall supervision of the Education Minister Mahmudra libraries. At present, the library is being organized for the development of the teaching of people of all walks of Dhaka city, providing information for a casual life and creating opportunities for morality. About 3400 (four hundred thousand three hundred square) libraries have a pleasant reading environment.
