A big supermarket with a lot of things to buy. They have everything that you want. Their service is fast & well trained. Their store is like 40000 square feet. Their food court is a quiet big. They have many food i teams like cakes,juices,fast food etc. Their grape juice is really tasty it has sourly & spicy taste. They also have a kind of library from where you can buy books. Their toilet is so clean. Every time I go there they clean the toilet it’s very neat & clean.

Theyve a lot of exotic branded and non-branded products. I guess its the biggest supermarket in the neighborhood. The quality of their products are very good and their staff are very helpful too.

Book zone there has good variety of collection. Food outlets at Unimart is must try thing there. Good foods are also available at Food Court : Chefs table, where all the best restaurant brands have their outlets. Good sitting arrangement for having group dinning.

Even though Unimart has always been a favourite, during special occasions it can get extremely crowded and I am not sure if that staff are trained to manage the crowd, specially during the pandemic. There was little to no social distancing measurement, and there were no lines for people who were planning on buying less than 5 items. Everyone had to stand in the crazy long lines that took at least 30 minutes before you reach the cash register.

Can find almost anything here. I love food and cooking that food so I shop here most of the time as you can find a lot of foreign products here. The only downside is the price which is a bit higher than normal.

Just can not believe entire complex is without electricity for more than 30 minutes when suddenly electricity failed. Inside lift stranded persons could not open doors till the time I was there. Generator failed to start. I could see only one person is trying to call generator man why generator is not starting. Customers were serious and concern on stranded passengers inside lift but I have not seen any seriousness by staffs. I had to come out only with perishable item of fish only with manual counting. Today it was holiday and only three counter was operating but had long queue in all three cash counter. In none of the cash counter there was no helping staff. So the guy in cash counter after receiving money had to put items in shopping bags and was eating out awaiting time. Seems he had nothing to do . Serious supervision lacking by management yet supporting staffs were very courteous and helpful.

Yesterday once I went to Dhanmondi unimart with my family for shopping and parked my Car just infront of the main entrance. May valuable parts of my car stolen. Overall security of the shop is very poor specially outside of the mall.

Nice & huge place for shopping. Its located near Gulshan 2 Circle. They have lots of products including both local & imported items. They have restaurant & pharmaceutical sections too. You will find all your daily needs there including foods, drinks, groceries, clothes, baby items, shoes, toys, books, stationary, electronics etc. Among imported items you will find various foods, drinks, clothes etc. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant is good too, you will find healthy & good meal there. The area is large so you will not feel that much crowded. It has parking facility also. The shop is open daily from 9 PM to 10 PM.Price of products are reasonable though I found some products a bit costly.Finding the shop is easy. If you dont live in Gulshan area then you can reach Gulshan circle 2 by bus, rickshaw, cng or taxi. Then you can walk to the shop, it will take just 5 minuets.With rich collection, dining facilities, moderate price you will enjoy your shopping experience there.

Chef’s table in unimart is better than the courtyard

I visit Unimart every week for my weekly grocery shopping and visited the Gulshan store 2 days back. As I went there from work, I was carrying everything inside my laptop bag. I had my laptops, phones and some other valuables inside my bag. As I entered the store, the security guard at the entrance stopped me and insisted that I leave my bag outside in the locker. I requested her multiple times saying I have valuables in my bag and can’t leave it outside. I even told her to lock my bag with a lock tag since they have such distrust on customers, but I wasn’t allowed to enter the shop. The worst part was when the security guard asked me to leave! When they don’t trust customers carrying large bags inside the store, I don’t see any reason for customers to trust them and leave their valuables outside the store. I had to return as they didn’t let me enter the store that day. This has been an absolutely disappointing experience. Their response after getting my complaint has been even more disappointing. I sent them a message on Facebook explaining this incident and now I keep receiving useless messages from their Bot as the authority didn’t address the issue.

ROTTEN Pears!Weve been aghast at discovering that one of the pears in our pack of 4 is rotten. See the photo evidence of a purchase taken only an hour ago. The rotten side was placed face down so it was unnoticed when we bought the packet and was only revealed when we unpacked at home. Which only means that whoever at Unimart was responsible at packaging these fruits deliberately placed a rotten pear and disguised it. UNACCEPTABLE. We will soon head back to demand a refund.

If your shopping takes you longer than expected you can indulge in their food court or take the escalator or lift to Chefs Table in 3rd floor for more choices from stalls from different restaurant. They have a section got nuts and dried fruits. I buy the different nuts separately and mix them together. So far they have always been fresh and crisp.

I am here right now along with my family. Kids are enjoying the play zone. It is a hyper mall in gulshan circle 2, Dhaka. Large number of products are available here. I bought my Mach 3 razor Blade and shaving foam. Price seems a bit high. A restaurant also here. We ordered Thai Soup and Fuchka for us. Taste are normal. You can get wide range of imported products. Today we found fish fest here. Environment is good.

Long queues. Old carts. Stock isnt as good as the Gulshan outlet. Only plus side is it is big and has free parking if youre paying with an HSBC card.

Customer service is very poor. Their shopping bag quality is really bad. It can torn on time of carrying goods. If you buy more product, you may need paper cartoon to carry, but if you ask for it (cartoon)they will deny. Even their sales person dont know where is the product kept. They have poor knowledge about product. I was a regular buyer and regularly the cashier guy ask me for the membership. Then I do the membership. Usually I do purchase at least 10000 taka above. today my bill was 4200 tk approximately. The cashier guy said below 5000 taka purchase they dont provide free parking ticket. That is weird, is that some kinds of joke? I asked them when I purchase 35000 taka did you provide me 7 parking ticket? Sometimes I visit your shop without car so I dont use parking ticket. If you provide complimentary parking ticket then you should provide it for any amount of purchase. If you dont want to provide parking as free, then dont please. It’s some kinds of dishonor to the customer.

Products are overpriced to hell and beyond. However, I just visit the mart when I get nostalgic of my life abroad and crave the food that I used to eat.Clean space and nice atmosphere. But the mart would do well if it were much larger.
