The food is okay, not anything special. But felt healthier than other places that use too much myo or cheese. The service was also okay if not bad. Gave only one tissue with a cheese burger- you know what i mean.

Today we went there and had the worst experience ever. We ordered Pizza and Pasta. The taste of pizza was below average. No pizza sauce was there. The mayo was also tasteless. Then we had the worst food ever - Pasta. It was just rotten. Smell was terrible. They eventually replaced with Beef burger which was too salty and not up to the mark.We were just disappointed. We had really good expectations but they just ruined it. Never ever recommend them.

Love the original style Burgers with proper meat (beef). Customer service also quite good. Only downside would be its pizza and cheesy Fries. Pasta is also okay but would recommend only for their juicy burgers.

American Burger is located at Mirpur locality. Its environment is very nice and hygenic . Thanks to all.

Taste of their pasta was very good. I took A pasta has no name. Their coke tastes average though they took 45 BDT for a single glass. Their Spicy French fries was very good. Also their seasonal juice was very good. I took mango juice and pineapple juice. Their Grilled Beef Cheese Sandwich wasnt good enough. Bread was very hard. Never order this itemp. Service was very good. They served me within 15 minutes. Interior was nice. Also their behaviour was very good. Loved the place. Hope to visit there again.

Prime location, clean and quiet place, short waiting Time for parcel (about 6 minutes for a chicken cheese burger). More over the burger tasted pretty good.

The burgers are really awesome. Burgers are not overloaded with mayonnaise and sauces. If you want to enjoy real taste of burger, you can pay a visit here.

Its mainly famous for burgers. They have varieties of burgers. I liked their chicken cheese burger. Chinese & other fast food items are available. I have tried their pizza. Their pizzas has a different taste which I liked but not the best if I compared to the other pizza shops nearby. Pasta is good here. A must try menu. Also set meal items are really tasty here. The restuent is open till 11 PM. Staffs are friendly. Environment & sitting arrangements are good. You can come with large group here. Service is also quick. What I felt negetive that price is little high of some items. Location is walking distance from Mirpur 11 bus stand.

The reason of being an OK restaurant for me was the quality and taste and I meant especially for this Mirpur branch. I ordered a double beef double cheese burger but they served me with single slice cheese. Also the meat from the patty crumbled because it was too dry. Maybe there wasnt much egg in patty to tighten the meats. This branch is quite spacious but the chef here not so expert I think. The best American Burger outlet is the Basundhara Citys. They makes fresh and great charred creamy burger. This branch, I wouldnt recommend if you have good taste sensation.

I just love the orio ice cream. And burger also tasty.

All items are expensive. though we didnt try the trademark burger but the pizza tastes great!! pre-ordered it, still it took a lot of time to serve. interior and TV would get 1 star from me. washroom looked clean to get a 5 star food was 4 star and due to the serving time and expense 2 star yielding to an average of 3 star for this restaurant.

Ah! I love their Burger so much. One of the best burger of the area. Their Smoky flavored patty makes it special. They have other options also in their menu. I tried their burgers and it was delicious. Prices are reasonable also.

Burgers are good, Ive been living in USA for over 15 years. Its a good American style burger. My issue though is portion of food compared to prices. The burger style and meat portion is closer to fast food than gourmet yet pretty price. The amount of french fries provided in an order is a joke. The size of their soft drink is small cup in the portion you would drink tea. If you want to call your food American at least represent it properly.

It is a pretty neat place though the service was a bit slow.We were alone in the whole restaurant yet they took a lot of time to serve.We ordered 1 pasta basta and 1 regular french fries.Price there is a bit high you can check out the menu Ive posted a pic of that.Its nicely decorated.Waiters seemed to be well behaved but they were busy watching cricket match. How unprofessional!

Visited many times and I must say that they are still doing great. Their set menus are best.Dont try their pizza! However, their pizza has left a bad taste in my mouth literally.

The first time when I entered to this restaurant, the interior design of this place fascinated me and they kept so much space in the place. The lighting was a bit low I think. But hey, you can take great with photos! Waiters were responsive but, one thing I noticed that the waiters dont place the tissue paper on the Tissue paper Stand properly (Youll say why Im saying this? Because, I notice every single detail so deal with that)As though the interior was quite impressive I was disappointed with their Fast Food. I ordered one of their Signature burgers. (I actually forgot the name Im pretty sure the burger name starts with Double) When the burger arrived I was like Hey thats not the thing! The burger was smaller than the picture they had on their Burger Menu. Another bad thing is the burgers patty they fried I thing it was fried with old oil. (Most of the restaurant where there is frier they use the oil for a long time so the oils flavour degrades by time) I was just forced to eat the burger and Its price was also very high (310 Taka). That was a really bad burger. Except that their Oreo Milkshake was really good but, I couldn’t able to break that piece of Oreo Biscuit and I had to eat it with my hand. Haha😂I tried another thing that is their Soup and I was very tasteful. I dont eat soup normally but, their soup was very good.There you have it. Ill recommend anyone to go there very nice waiters, very nice interior to enjoy. 😊
