Very poor and congested environment. Few doctors are good.Serial reception often ignore call. But due to lack of good hospital, people are forced to visit there. Emergency is too poor with lack of empathy to the patient. In this large population , they can improve their current situation. Hope they will improve by providing better service.

Since being a Banasree resident this hospital is the nearest one, I have experienced their extremely unpleasant treatment for couple of times. But I have learned my lesson, not stepping in here again.Last experience was because of a cut which needed stitching, consulted with surgeon Dr. Anup Kumar Biswas, he lengthened it just to make me pay a thousand for each visit. Prescribed antibiotics for 4 WEEKS where all my familiar doctors said 5 days was enough. On 3rd visit he again made me book the OT for 3rd time, just to have a look at the stitch and say not gonna cut it today either, come back again next week.Next week? Not in my entire life.

No space for visiting patient.

I was told to visit at 7 but had to wait for almost 2 hours- just to go for tests.Very rude workers(some workers didnt even answer questions), men could easily enter into womens washroom- without letting anybody notice.No tissues in washroom, poor quality, there was an Air-conditioner but water was leaking,Whoever is trying choose whether to go in Farazi Hospital or not, please DONT GO THERE.THATS MY ADVICE.

I was admitted there for 3 days. Except very few staffs, almost everyone are very rude and unprofessional, unresponsive. I didnt get any help when i call them though cabins telephone. When I asked for evena blanket or a pillow they said there do not have any. You could add charge on me instead of deny to give what i need. Authority should take care of it. Btw doctor and maximum nurses were good.My cabin no was 401.

It is one of the 1st hospital in Banasree. It has grown up and became a bigger hospital. It has good emergency service though specialist is not available in the emergency care. But plenty of specialist give consultation in the evening. Hospital have multiple operation theaters. They have an individual eye section too. Medicine shop in open for 24 hours. Service of this hospital in not ad not so good. But it is providing services at its best for this area.

This is of course not the best hospital in Dhaka. But in Banasree area, this hospital is truly serving their purpose. I have consulted with around 5 doctors for different problems. Im satisfied with 3 of them. Their diagnostic service is well maintained and correct. Staffs need more professionalism.

Less satisfactory hospotal & diagnosis center and services situated at Banasree. There are enough good doctors, time management is not up to the mark, even few worst doctors are yet practicing. During providing serial, most of the time the first serial starts from 5, 6 or 7. They reserved few first serials to get benefit from the patients. This is done by the low-level attended. One of the doctors identified my son with ischaemia, which was incorrect. Though the center has good facilities and few modern equipments however technicians are not much professionals. Earlier my son admitted for thumb finger crack, the x-ray report shows index finger. Recently, I had face injury with crack on nose but they unable to detect which made me to rush to other renowned diagnostic center. Very non-professional ecg, ultrasonography etc. Though I visit for the doctors on urgency but I do the pathological test from elsewhere which is international standard. Nonreponsive staff but neat & clean.

This is not the best hospital in Dhaka. But in Banasree area, this hospital is truly serving their purpose.Their diagnostic service is well maintained and correct. Staffs need more professionalism.

Worst hospital in banasree. The dr in emergency gave dengue ns1 antigen test being knowing that the patient is suffering from fever for 8 days. The people works in blood collection room no 313 is very unprofessional and not skilled, can not put niddle properly for the specimen. My patient got a bluish skin with mussle pain for next several days around the niddling area where they collected blood. Later i came to know that they were so harsh and unskilled that they niddled through the vain into the mussle and blood get into the mussle thus cause the pain. They even can not handle a little crowd and they dont even care to put on any gloves or sanitizer while taking blood. They dump the used syring and niddle without taking any safety measurements like electrifying/burning the niddle. Will never dare to take any medical service there again.

Very bad service. Some unprofessional doctors practicing in good here. Provided unnecessary treatment. My visited Dr. Nazmul, child specialist for my Child. He said you have to admit your child as he is suffering pneumonia. Then I visited another doctor of other hospital who provided medicine and Alhamdulillah my child got cured.

Its a hospital. Their services are quiet good now. From the beginning of their time they had some lackings and they had some worst incidents. But now its quiet good and they have some experienced doctors.
