Worst service in Bangladesh. Ordered and paid for books a week ago and they confirmed to deliver within 5 days. When called today (after 8 days) they responded that the order to one of the publishers was not placed and will be placed tomorrow. It might take another 2-5 working days. Its like they have been sleeping and after my call they woke up, reluctantly. Had I not called, God knows how long they would have taken to wake up. It seemed like it is their policy to work like a lethargic organization without any proper proactive action (Order No: 171942 )Lesson learned. Never gonna place an order in this 4th class website.

Ive ordered book from their website and already paid the bill by online and they even called me via phone for confirmation. And gave me a date for product arrival. Got massage from them with product no. But after few days later I got a massage that the order was cancelled and I dont even get my refund back. Totally waste of money, effort and time. Definitely not recommend.

Delevary system very very bad. In Tracking system you cannot know where is your product. I donot get my book last 8 working day inside dhaka city. Rokomary is 100 times best than Boibazar.
