Their service section is very poor. I spent 9 thousands just for very simple problem of display. T con card lose connection. But after taking the tv at my home the problem appeared again. Later I solved it locally only spending 500.

They have good collections but as they are not authorised dealer of the products they are selling, they should be trusted with your own risk.also they have different price for same product, one having parts warranty (higher price about 15%), one having service warranty only (with lower price).this point makes one wonder, whether they are selling bad products with lower price. decision is upto you.
