Worst online shop that Ive ever seen. They could never process my order on time and without any error. How would you rate the service of an online shop if it takes 24 days to complete an order specially when they are selling commodities like fruits and vegetables! I had to contact their customer service again and again to settle issues. Now, I am thinking about lodging a complain at the Consumer Rights Protection unit of BD Govt. against this online shop for harassing customers. Ive rated them with 1 star since there is no option to give less than that!
