So, basically my brother purchased a monitor from Star Tech and we are completely disappointed by that. Though they are a huge company, they gave faulty product and their customer service is way too bad. Sharing my brother experience with you all, so that no one face this kind of problems like him . Tech has given us the worst experience in buying their product online. Bought a monitor which had a broken screen, they didnt check, they came home to deliver from the road, once we opened the product, we informed them, their customer service was closed as for limited time due to Covid. You dont get them in phone, have to wait 3/4 mins minimum for their customer service assistant to get on the phone. Also, they dont even collect the product and give the new one, we had to go to their Multiplan shop and wait for 3 hours and then, they tell us to go their the next day to get the product. They have the audacity to tell us that they cant deliver the product, we have to collect it from there.Went through this hassle, took 3-5 days in the process, never buying again from them. I called them, the least they could do was listened to their customers pain point. The whole point of online order was to get the product at home, but they ruined the experience.They keep saying their delivery department is different, so what should I do? Arent they the same company? This is sort of lame excuse!

Good collections. Price is reasonable too compared to other stores where you have to haggle all the time. For example 2/3 other stores asked between 2700 to 3100 taka for the new honor 5 band. But star techs price was cheaper and fixed at 2475 taka which was even cheaper than honor BD websites official published price. Only negative is, it was crowded and not enough staff to help but still better than Ryans.

The shop is quite good for purchasing and warranty. But after warranty service is very bad.

Customer service is very poor. They will not let you check any laptop before buying. Very bad laptop buying experience. They want you to look at the specs online which is never reflected on real life laptop performance. So you are going to buy staff from this store blind folded.Moreover they charge addition 1.5 to 2 percent on credit card or bkash payment and will give you a foul explanation. Try to avoid this store at all cost. They will give you rubbish service and charge you more for that.
