Unprofessional would be an understatement. I ordered their AC servicing service on the 22nd. Their “expert” came and while servicing my AC, he ruined my wall by spilling water all over it. When I called Sheba to complain, instead of solving my problem they kept referring me to the company that was assigned to clean my AC. And when I contacted the company, they kept referring me to Sheba. This game went on 7 days straight. After a week I got fed up and told Sheba I’ll be taking legal action against them then they finally decided to send someone to solve my problem. Today is the 30th And I was told that they’ll repaint my wall day after tomorrow. Very disappointing overall.

Sheba.xyz is great business idea in Bangladesh. They provide households services in easy way, digitally.

At the beginning, their service was good. But it become worst day by day. They have cheated with me with a 1000/- sheba credit point which I bought. They were unable to provide my desired service. But enforced me to take other service, not agreed to give me the refund. At last, they consume the money. So, be careful before taking any service from this platform.* I have purchased sheba credit for top up service after hearing from a representative of Sheba.xyz that you have to purchase sheba credit for mobile top up. When I purchase it, Top up service was open. But after purchase of credit, I was failed to top up. When I report it, they assured me that the problem will be solved very soon. But after few days, the top up service was closed. Then I had claimed for refund. But they refuse it and suggest me to take another service from their platform. But I have informed them clearly, as I have purchased the credit only for top up, you have to provide the facility for top up otherwise you have to refund. But they did not take any initiative. After few month, the validity of credit has expired. In this way, they consume my money.

I ordered Bathroom deep cleaning with machine. They did not bring any. Very poor cleaning and so called experts are good for nothing. Never going to use their service. Not worthy!!

It was ok okay type

I gave one star because of my last two orders. They took the order but then forgot the concept of customer service. I found the app very promising from last October after coming back to the country few years later. I ordered milk most of the time. For my last order, I paid for 8 liters of milk online and after long waiting and calling for many times, they delivered 4 liters and finished the order. Earlier they were delayed in and many occasions but i got an explanation when I called them. But this time, they were reluctant to provide me the status. Every time I called the call center, they said the same thing, they will investigate it and update me tomorrow. That tomorrow has never arrived, not even a call to say sorry. If you dont know how to say sorry, then i have doubt how far your service will go. When you dont know the exact time required for investigation, you should not give any exact time to the customer. Very basic. They said several times that they will fix it and rest 4 litters will be delivered tomorrow. But didnt do it for the whole week, not even made a call to confirm that they will fix it and further time will be required. Very unfortunate to see this type of performance. If you feel that having this milk delivery services may not be profitable, then please close it. Its not the matter of 4 liters of milk, its the way you handled it. Thank you.

I was in Bangladesh recently and wanted their service to repair a Tv, or at least tell me the diagnosis. I book someone through sheba . The man called and we agreed on a call out charge. Waited for him on an agreed date and time. He did not show up. No call. No apology from sheba who had a very non articulate and poor quality operator. They booked another person for next day. Same thing. Complained but no remedy. They instead are asking me if I want another person to book with. Will not hel it has been 5 days already sheba circus is going on.

Horrible experience ever. They have no sense of customer support. They are nothing but a scam company.
