Opening hours does not reflect the opening hours for Zulassungsstelle in the entry. And they are very inflexible to support even no customer are in the shop.

Very poor customer support. Hardly any feedback. Have several insurance companies and one insurance company does not know what the other is doing.

If you like to get annoyed and want to be yelled at as a paying customer, this insurance is the right choice. Incompetent and naughty.

This insurance is pure disappointment - Ive never felt so ripped off as at Helvetia. First the damage is denied and the family is left in the rain. I can only recommend dismissal to anyone who can afford it, or at any rate always go to court. The vehicle is deregistered and the deregistration confirmation is sent by email, and invoices are still sent to your home.

Todays visit to the vehicle registration office: No waiting and a very competent staff, who explained to me in peace my questions. Only to be recommended!

In principle good service, friendly! The negative that I have experienced is, however, my old insurance contract (partial) runs until 01.09.2019, although this car was deregistered on 12.12.2018. A new car was registered on the same day in the same branch (fully comprehensive), so far it was not possible for a number of reasons to today 25.02.2019 me to send the new insurance policy.Contact was made today with several people who agreed to arrange my problem (sending the new policy).So Ill wait too !!!!
