Disappointed with the entry. You have to climb down the stairs with your bike, no ramp. Its difficult for elders to climb up. Yes I know its a place for youngsters to get their cycles, but for parents with knee issues, how are they to climb here to let their child choose their ride? Otherwise, everything else is good. Theres a bike helmet shelf. A waiting area. Magazines too. Bikes are well displayed. Veloce is their main cycle brand. Service is alright.

They are not only rude but do hidden frauds. I had bought a Veloce Legion 20 for my younger brother. They didnt allowed me to check the assembly of the cycle and gave a wrecked suspension and paddle. And also there are many other small problems which couldnt be solved. My suggestion is not to buy any product from these culprits.

Well it was a nice experience there. You can find awaome Bicycles starting from bdt 10 k to even 1 lac. They have nice maintenance sevice (not for free obviously). The cycles are arranged beautifully as per models type and so on. Only complain I had there was it takes a lot of time in maintainance ( I had to sit there for more than one and a half hour)...

I bought a cycle from Cyclelife Store at Basundhara R/A yesterday theyre No 1 (one) Cheater , I lost my money 23.5K. They didnt provided me original tools. My cycle pedal is broken within 24 hours , I went to repair beside my house mechanical Mama, He told me that they Cheat with you. How can ??? I dont believe that.Its totally unexpected & Cheat with people.

Worst kind of after sales service. Spare parts for veloce legion 20: 2016(disk brake pad) is not available with them in january, 2017. Unfortunately went there for full service and servicing of front brake. Eventually ended up malfunctioning rear brake after servicing. Just buy the cycle from them. BUT DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF AFTER SALES SERVICE.
