This is the best flagship 3S centre for Yamaha. This is one of the most gigantic 3S centre in Bangladesh. The staff here are very co-operative and ready to help. The waiting area for the customers is very spacious and well maintained. While i have gone for 1st service of my MC, i would have loved to watch my MC being serviced along the staff members. The lead time for servicing can be reduced by training the staff members and also by making proper utilization of resources between every work stations. I would recommend my readers to make online reservation for servicing well ahead in order to reduce the waiting time.##YAMAHA##》》REVES YOUR HEART《《
Best place for authorized (ACI) yamaha bike servicing & their original spare parts ( price quite high from outside market).
It is over crowded...Service facilities should be proportioned with the niumber bike sold by the company.There should be more service center of the standard.
Their performance was excellent,they are very much friendly to customer.
ACI Motors service is satisfactory. They should reduce the parts parice.
Service area is huge. Lots of service bay. Service people are very professional. Huge customer waiting room. Bike washing service is also available. The whole Servicing portion has no complain. There is a small display area available which doesnt fit for Yamaha brand. There are some nice sales girl always present at display center but I dont know what they do. They are just busy with each other & they kinda moody.

Service quality is really bad. They are not co-operative. They will suggest you to change your bikes components instead of repairing it. The most sad part is the service delivery desks girls are mostly full of mood seems like they’re the administrator of this company. Sometimes all of them are not at the service desk. Posted picture is the prove as real scenario. They may go inside the office to spend some quality times with their boss. And the service technician is handling the service desks on that time. Service charges are pretty much higher. Even the parts and components are not available always and the price is bit higher than outside market. But their waiting room is really nice. Before they arranged a free coffee for every customer but now they just shutdown this option. Really shame on their policy.
They are really humble and try there best to solve the issue of your bike.Specially i like the behavior of mechanics.

Ive come here several times and Im very pleased with their efforts and service. But, sadly a few spare parts aren’t available when needed. As a flagship service center, 3S needs to make sure that all the necessary spares are available and refill them when shortage in the inventory occurs.

I appreciate your initiative towards online booking... But its better to do your homework well... I just wander what type of operation management you guys are following... I doubt if you are even following any... Better work on your strategies and process mapping for serving your customers... Try to deal fairly with both the online booked customers as well as regular customers... And yes don’t hesitate to take advice from me if your unable to figure out anything... If you have a lot of money and tou dont have any place to spend, then you can go to there Yamaha 3S Center, they charge more than other workshop.

They follow a systematic procedures to serve you. When someone reach they ask to park. Then have to register on the entry gate with name, mobile number, reg number, bike model. After the entry registration they provide token. Then one have go to reception of servicing. As I bought bike from local dealer, not from ACI or Crescent, they denied me to provide services from there. However, anyone is permitted to buy spare parts form there. You have to wait in queue to get the money receipt and go to another booth to pay the money and return again on the first booth to collect the parts. Overall, good 😀
Service was so so . From their waiting room I cant able to see my bike service. I think they should keep a monitor from where I can see everything.
They should be more conscious about their work because sometimes they forgot to fix up the bike parts properly.

I usually visit 3S center to service my bike. The place is quite good. Offer free tea and coffee to the customer. Service Technicians are good. But help desk people should be more friendly to their customer.

Yamaha bike service center located at Tejgaon.great service, great customer service.the servicemans are highly skilled.Just one thing which the authrorities should consider is to reduce the waiting time. We would request them to value our time as we cant wait 10 hours to get the service done. last week i waited 10 hours to get my bike returned from the service. May be they need to increase the capacity.
