One of the best Kacchi

Behaviour was not professional. Quality of food has degraded. Few years ago it was better.

One of the best mouthwatering Kacchi in Bangladesh. Just loved that heavenly food. It was so yummy, their pickle was extra ordinary.

Kacchi was tasty but not up to the mark. Their interior and serving dish was so charming and eye soothing. Mutton leg roast price 300tk...Jafrani sorbat was full of badam and tasty.

Amazing food quality. Best support they give. & its more than enough for one person.

Went there after so many positive reviews. But truly speaking I wasn’t satisfied. I tried the premium kacchi with mutton leg price and my partner took barbecue chicken biriyani. Amount of the food and presentation was good, but taste is not that good. Average at best. I felt like paying a premium price for below average quality food.The chicken was good though. Borhani wass good too.Sitting environment is very poor. 8-10 people can eat together at a time. We had to share the table with another couple. And for my bad luck that couple was annoyingly chatty.If you have you wash room, then you have to go outside and enter another building.I know old town places are not great for indoor environment and facilities. But the main attraction, food wasn’t quite good enough.Well I’m never visiting again.And I must mention that Staffs were really polite and helpful.

It was good.. but 3 Star for place and management...

Ate the 300tk Kacchi.The leg peace was cold and dry.The rice was also over cooked.Really missed the moisture of the food.They could not provide the same quality they used to serve years ago.Hope they Bring back the moist and quality

Undoubtly one of the best Kacchi in Town. People who are seeking ultimate traditional Mutton Kacchi Biriyani, This place must be heaven for them.The highly aromatic Kacchi will hits your nose and also the tongue when you will taste the ultimate Kacchi from Grand Nawab. Meats in the kacchi is so soft and tender. Their labang and Borhani hase an ultimate killing taste.and Also their out late is newly decorated in old Dhaka. But unfortunately theirs stuffs are little bit unprofessional and rude.

Highly Overrated.If youre a biriyani lover and you have to travel a great distance to visit grand nawab then I suggest you dont, there are lots of other alternatives in dhaka nowadays, nothing authentic.Doesnt means it Tastes bad just there are many other restaurants serve same biriyani which tastes even better.

Just tried their Mutton Kacchi and Morog Polao along with the Zafrani Sarbat and Borhani. All items are good and tasty. Highly recommended to all the food lovers.

Good food, good environment & the time was good!

Though we had to wait for more than half an hour & serial was after 11 person but we loved the food and enjoyed a lot.

Better than average

The have two branches there. One is at the road side.This is a very small place to take food. And it was too crowded.Beside that, in the second floor the have another branch.This one, well decorated and having a huge place.But in terms of their food, i don’t like that enough.Taste was average, and they offer a small amount of mutton. But the amount of rice is more than enough.

Amazing taste. But their chicken roast is more testy than kacchi. And the borhani is the best I ever had. And best Jafrani Sarbat.they got lack of space.

Kacchis taste wasnt that good.. its just a waste of money and time if youre covering a long distance for this type of food..

Grand Nawab has become popular because of the great taste of its Kacchi. Thats the reason I went there to taste their Kacchi.I ordered Kacchi, Jali kabab & Saffron lassi. Unfortunately I didnt find the taste people were saying. Kacchi quality was not good at all. Also they have increased the price from 180 Taka(I have seen this in a picture of previous menu) to 220 Taka. Only the Saffron Lassi I liked there. Waste of time & money!

Small but sitting arrangement is nice. But the portion of food they serve is not Enough for one person compare to the price they offer. Taste of biriyani is okey but cant say wao like other competitors beside them.

The place is not what you expect, it only has two tables and theyll just put other people in your table. Better to takeaway. Food is nothing special either, even though items are reasonably priced. Customer service is below average, had to call the server a lot of times before placing order.

Taste -The best biriyani in Dhaka. They give so much rice that it can even be shared between two. The aroma fueled my hunger. There was potato too with two mutton pieces. The rice to meat ratio was a little bit off but the great taste made me look over it.Ratings -Taste : 10/10Service : 8/10 ( during lunch hour you will have to stand in line to get in which takes a long time )Environment : 8/10 ( cramped up but cleaner than you would expect this place to be)

Loved this new extension of grand nawab. Soft nans, yummy kababs that make your mouth watery and oh that smell. Service needs to be faster and they need more staff. Chicken and beef items individually are too good. Food is quite cheap considering the quantity and the price altogether. Definitely gonna go there for a lot of times.

The place is really small, almost too small to accommodate large groups. I went with 5 other people, and the place got kind of cramped trying to fit us in. That said, the service staff were really nice and friendly, and gave us extra alu when asked! The biryani was actually really good, the rice was well cooked and the chicken was pretty great too. Overall, a good restaurant.

Its a great experience for me. Their Kacchi Biriyani is really mouthwatering and Jafrani Pesta Shorbot was really awesome. Ill really go there again.

One of the best Biriany shop in town. they are very famous for the Kacchi Biriany and Morog Polaw. They have a special flavor that you wont find in other shop. The meat is really tender and juicy not very oily.

I went there as a response to so many great reviews I heard. Matt Preston was brought here by the foodiez of Dhaka. But sadly, my experience here could not catch up with all the admiration. The place is too small, AC not working, and cramped up with people. I would overlook all these had the food been that good. But alas it wasnt. The rice was too dry and needed to be cooked for another minute or two. The taste was okay. I was expecting to be blown away but nothing like that happened.

Known for their kacchi biriyani.But it is too much spicy and the environment is very much congested.And dont have enough room for peoples.

The best Kachi Biriyani on the town. The shahi Borhani & the Jafran Sharbat was excellent. But Its very small place.

Food was fine, but apparently they save the good meat piece of kachchi for special customers. 🤨

Best for Kacci.

The restaurant is near Dhaka Central Jail, nice interior but small space. They have only 12 seats for customers. Food taste awesome and amount is good enough.
