It not only fills your tummy but it warms your soul. Shree, Elma, and Mango truly put every ounce of there love and skill into their food, and it’s shows as you watch your friends around you smile in delight with each bite. I’ve eaten here many times, and the food is absolutely delicious. Some of the best Indian food you’ll find in the world, you find here in Tbilisi. Good quality cooking with particular attention to detail both for flavor and for nutrition. I highly recommend to all!

First of all...If you want to spend some quality time and take some amazing memories with you back to your home then this place is absolutely 100% correct...What a wonderful people....Had a very amazing time with them and will never forget them specially Tea with Uncle.Second....100% freshly made food and taste same like my mother food.Highly recommended to visit them if you are in Tbilisi.

Had most amazing Indian food yesterday at Indian Express. Haven’t had such delicious meal in a very long time. Owners are very sweet and friendly. They use only quality and fresh ingredients which is evident. Our only regret is that why we didn’t tried this place earlier. Hands down one of the best authentic Indian restaurant.

In absolute awe of this place. I am angry with myself for not coming earlier. The food is out of this world, so balanced yet so rich in flavors and owners make you feel like youre part of their family. Such sweet people, I didnt want to leave. Theyre adamant about cooking with only fresh and best ingredients available and with that in mind prices are very reasonable. Cant wait to go back 😍

We went to this restaurant today (it was delivery-only and we didnt know this but they were kind enough to arrange us seating) and it easily the best Indian restaurant in Tbilisi.Outstanding, delicious food, the service is excellent, very warm and welcoming people!If you are in Tbilisi and if you like Indian food, Indian Express is a must try, you just cannot miss this! Had amazing Indian food at Indian Express. Aachari Paneer actually tasted like Aachari...with tangy flavor.Best thing about their food is, their chapati is maida free, no preservative or food color.Highly recommended if youre in Tbilisi and love Indian Cuisine.

I normally dont even bother to write a bad review but after ordering a delivery from this place I feel i have to.We ordered two dishes one with chicken and the other was a Malai Kofta.Both dishes were tiny.Both dishes were full of oil.Two very small pieces of chicken.The sauce had not taste.Really disappointed.

We ordered food today and it was yummy and delicious. The owners are so kind to send extra rotis in parcel. For my son of 7 year they ensured to make non spicy daal nd sabji. Taste was very authentic and even service. Pls do try the amazing place.

Small portions, very expensive prices!I am honestly trying to think of a possible coherent business strategy behind this establishment but I cant find one besides that the owners patiently wait for the next unsuspecting fish to get entangled in their net and/or they want to permanently close so they dont care for the reputation of their eatery.I ordered a vegetarian dish - aloo bangan, two plain parathas and a Masala Dahi (sweet).I know kohlapuri is fiercely spicy so I thought the dahi would accompany it perfectly.What I got is a dish that consisted of a half medium sized potato cut in four pieces and a medium sized aubergine cut in three pieces.The combined weight of the two vegetables was 220 - 240 grams (one kilo of potatoes or eggplant at this time of year costs around 15 cents in the vegetable market and probably less when supplied to restaurants).The taste was like any boiled potato and aubergine lightly fried in vegetable oil and sprinkled with a little masala spice would. It was tasty but there was no hint of the fiesty kohlapuri in neither taste nor aroma.The parathas are also small in size. In fact two parathas at Indian Express measure to one standard sized paratha anywhere else in the world.Last and unfortunately least the homemade masala dahi was a watery whitish liquid that was sickly sweet. I could not detect any of the ingredients described on the online menu in the dahi (in reality it was akin to a lassi) but plenty of sugar.The three items cost the equivalent of almost 12 American Dollars under todays exchange rate. In similar take away joints in Europe the cost would be 50% less and the taste would be as good or better.

No dine in and very rude Indian guy sitting in small office telling you no dine in :)nothing personal just to tell the people kind of people they will meet

The restaurant says “Dine in” it isn’t(only delivery). When I asked the worker why don’t you write on google only delivery he said it’s not my problem, it’s yours and then he started cursing at me and raising his voice.

This place only delivers food and it has no dine in. The employee was very disrespectful, I do not recommend this place.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. All the good reviews that I have read about this property are true. The friendliness of the staff is very genuine. A very good experience! The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it.

Very Good and Pleasent Atmosphere. Excellent food no doubts. Must visit. Do not miss it at any cost. Worth the money although a bit expensive. Just love this place. 10 stars.

Very good interior, clean and neat. Food was excellent ( vegetarian) and reasonably priced compared to other Indian restaurants. No loud music to distract. Overall highly recommend for god food. We spent about 80 GEL for two persons for lunch with German beer and coke classic.

What can I say... speechless!!I was on an extensive business trip to Tbilisi and tried many different restaurants as being repetitive is not my personality.I walked into the restaurant one afternoon and ordered as per the owners recommendation.I was in awe as the food was delicious and healthy. Healthy as the ingredients were distinctly home style! From there on, I always visited Indian Express and each day the experience was different and better than the previous.I felt so much at home!!Hospitality, value for money and the quality of food is outstanding.Undoubtedly the best Indian restaurant in Georgia!

This restaurant is great. I spent about an hour talking to the owner, and his personal passion for his restaurant and for the food put out is out of this world; this passion is reflected not only in the way he talks but also by the food. The balance of spices and quality of ingredients were especially good.In summery, everything is fresh, tasty, authentic, and the owner is extremely friendly.

I smelled the aroma of this place before I saw it! I loved the coconut curry, which was actually spicy!This can be hard to find in Eurooe. I also really enjoyed the generous portion of lemon rice. Unlike a lot of Indian places, I didnt find the rice to be oily or greasy at all. Perhaps as good or better than the food was the owner, such a friendly man who offered me a cup of tea later as I stayed for a couple hours to do some work on my laptop!

Came to the end of the meal, my friend and I could not help but ask if it was the best Indian food we had ever had!

-The food is okay, but Ive had better for a lesser price. Ridiculously pricey which suggests that their target customers arent students.-The decor is really nice.-The staff communicates with the customers a lot, like too much to be honest, which is only appreciated either when were waiting for our order or when we are done with it, not in between the meal.-Their servings are made in particular portions and a customer cant get extra gravy, you better have it dry or order again.-Never going back.

Wow! I love Indian food and tried it in lots of places around the world. But this restaurant topped all of them. Lemon rice was so fragrant and subtle at the same time. Butter chicken was really silky. Still can remember my meal after one week

The food was yum, only a 5 to 10 min wait and while waiting there was a chat with the owner. He was Very friendly and all the food was like home made food and was too good. Also the place is clean and nice and quality was excellent. Mt son who doesn’t eat at all wanted to just keep eating and the tea was the best.

Ate there for the first time this week. What a gem. The food and service were faultless: great quality, good value, nice clean modern decor. Family-run, with a very engaging host. As an Englishman abroad, I have no hesitation at all in recommending this restaurant. We will revist a lot, Im sure, now that we know about it.

Excellent food and perfectly spiced after consulting with the guest. The meals are made fresh which is why it takes a bit time to wait but the result compensates that by far. But nothing for the quick hunger as prices are of higher level and portions rather small.

The quality is fine but the price is too high. Their local drink that other restaurants have for 5 to 6 gel, they sell 15 gel!! One bottle of water is 1.2 USD !!!! Desserts and Drinks very expensive. Food a bit expensive... however people were nice and looked professional.

Amazing food ,family run business .Husband and wife team very welcoming makes you feel very comfortable. I have been there twice and really enjoyed it . Highly recommend any one visiting Tibilsi.Also any students going to Georgia for medical studies dont worry about missing Indian food as they have special thali for them too . 👌👍

Over Priced and not so tasty food. Not Recommended and not worth the visit. Trust me. Stayed in Tbilisi for 7 days, tried all the Georgian food, It was yummy, wanted to taste indian food in Tbilisi and i was disappointed. Expensive for no reason and absolutely tasteless.

Indian Express offers what most Indian and Pakistani restaurants lack here in Tbilisi, i.e. The Authenticity and Originality of Indian and Pakistani Tastes. Being here, you will easily be able to see how serious and dedicated these people are towards their work. They have truly established an awesome place for all those who come from Pakistan and India and miss the tastes that they had left behind. Youll love the ambiance and the services of the staff. We ordered Patiala Chicken and we can still enjoy our experience, even after hours. We will definitely go again and try some of their other food items. You do that too :)

The best indian restaurant near(-ish) TSMU. Mostly quality food. Some curries (murgh makhani) could use less oil and the salad that came with the chicken biriyani was too watery. But everything is very overpriced (especially for students) compared to many georgian restaurants and the portion sizes are very small for the price. But overall, it is much better than other indian restaurants in this area.

Visited for dinner on 10th August. We though it would be near impossible to find a Indian restaurant let alone one that makes Gujarati food. Really good fresh food, great staff. Owner took time out to have a conversation, would recommended the Puri bhaji and masala chaas

On our last day in Tbilisi, we chanced upon this delightful restaurant. Unaware of any reviews, we walked in to be pleasantly greated by non other than the owner himself, Mr. Mangesh. Being the first customers of the day (I presume) Mangesh gave us his whole hearted attention and made our lunch a wonderful experience. The journey of a jeweller turned restaurantier speaks volumes about how Indian Express has become the best Indian fine dining restaurant in Tbilisi.We loved our chicken rahra and dal makhni, which reminded my wife of her mothers cooking.Its no exaggeration that this restaurant is the best Indian restaurant in the city. We whole heartedly endorse this treasure palace to all who want to satisfy their Indian taste palates.
