Their delivery service is very poor. Please be careful when you are ordering. They didnt delivered my phone to me instead kept the product infront of my house guard room. They didnt even bothered to ask my permission. In their terms and condition they said to check the product before taking delivery, maybe. this is the reason they dont deliver the product in customers hand.Previously their service was good. But at present they are not providing at least average service.

Selling low quality product, 2nd time i am going to change my product

I have ordered a watch on 12 October and as per their commitment it should be delivered by 15 October, and on that day, they came with the wrong product. So I had to return it. They have communicated that the product will be delivered asap to me. but days went by and I havent got the product. On 18 October I have called their customer support and they promised me that the product will be delivered on the next day (Friday), I have asked them several times as its the weekend whether they will be able to deliver or not. But they said its a priority delivery and it will be delivered within 8.00 PM on Friday. So I waited, but none came to deliver the product. So I contact them again and that time they said they cant deliver the product as its Friday. And it will be delivered on the following day. So why did you guys promise if you cant fulfill that?I should have received my product within 15 October but because of their misscommunication I got it on 20th October. I am not satisfied with their service at all. And theres no apology or condolence message from them. Which is really a shame from a trusted online shop like Pickaboo. Please avoid Pickaboo if you need something within a specific period. If you can wait days and weeks, then order from pickaboo.

I told that person to wait until prayer finished. He left and didnt picked up my call. Afternoon I called to their customer care they told I denied to received the product.I purchased so many things from Pickaboo. Each and every time I found bad experience with their long process of Delivery.

Last month I bought a Gree split ac from them. I ordered the product as home delivery and card purchase with EMI facility. And they hassled me in three phases.In first phase, they couldnt deliver my product within due date. Moreover their customer service team was so unprofessional that every time I called them regarding delivery time surprisingly each of them came up with different info like The product is ready to deliver, and will deliver within today, The product is on the way to my location, As my location is Jatrabari so they need to use Sundarban Courier Service to deliver my product and itll take additional 3-5 days and so on. So I myself went to their office to pick my product. Luckily the product was ready there. I purchased the product using both card and EMI facility and got back home. And yes, during my purchase I asked them for the warranty papers from Gree but they told me this money receipt is everything.In second phase after installing my ac I checked the remote and it wasnt working at all (I didnt take their installation service). So I did some research and found out my ac was okay and I was given the wrong remote. So next day I called their service team and someone said I would not get any post sale warranty service as I installed the ac from third party. I cut the phone and after few hours I called them again and someone from their service team said I mustve got Gree warranty card and should knock them using the card! But I mentioned again that I didnt get any warranty card. Then she told me to wait for a while and she would call back me soon. After all these then again I went to their office and there I talked to an official whom I cleared the matter that there must be some interchange between remotes and I didnt get any warranty card. After hearing all he assured me that he would send me a new issued warranty card within next day and yes he did. He also said as they havent got any other complaint regarding remote so I must have to knock Gree. I knocked Gree but didnt get any supportive answer so I did wait. The next of getting the warranty card that official guy from pickaboo called me and said they got another complaint regarding remote issue. And guess what I was right. Then he sent a guy to pick the wrong remote I got and told he would send my one in next day. But next day he didnt send anybody saying theyre having manpower issue. So I myself had to again visit their office to pick my actual remote.In third phase, the EMI form which they supposed to send to bank within 10 days for activating my EMI, they didnt send it and withdraw the whole cash. Then I did contact with the bank and after mailing my copy of EMI form to the bank they activated my EMI.After all these hassles I didnt receive any formal sorry or apologize from them :)My suggestion is if you are stronger enough to take the load of these corporate hassles youre much welcome to buy any big item from pickaboo.Last but not least we have created so many e-commerce business sites but none of them are structured yet for handling customers who purchase product worth of 5 digit.
