Dead investment, no club ,no gym in the society even after taking money. Dont even bother to give any park,gym or club. All promises are fake. houses are damaged. Nobody is ready to listen to those buyers who have been cheated by the ubber group.

Fraud fraud fraud company...dont even deserve a single star.. They took money from us on the name of token amount. After taking that money staff behaviour suddenly change, no respect to customer , not even ready to give any acknowledgement receipt. Infact pressurising for more moneyI would like to suggest just visit the society and see the conditions of house. Their land is not even fit for residential plots constructions.4-5 houses are in the condition of complete damage. The house owners are literaly crying.I think they bribe someone to approve this land for residence.Higher authority of the company Mr sunny Garg is not even ready to listen and give any solutions

Fraud never mke there promise true I suggest never take home there they did there will be gym club temple park etc. But they never make it true and no facilities

Kings valley is no place to go i mean its so far from main road no public transport services and if you get one he would charge you soo much just bcoz you dont have other choices
