I live at this place. Its a great place to live in.

Totally embaracing as security is fail to help. People play football in a park which can harm people and property no action is taken after many complaints. It really bad experience after their commitment.

The environment is not good there. Because there is industry 500m away from the society and they produce too much dangerous gases so it is difficult to take breath and very bad smell. 👎so i hope u understand my point. Be happy be safe

Area is so polluted that within week I regret that why I purchased a plot here to build our family home. Every evening I observed foul smell of chemical or other factories.It’s more industrial zone rather then residential zone. Many brokers make you fool by saying industries have to go from the area but it’s not happening soon.

Approach is very bad narrow village road in same price you can get many other options in good location.

An upcoming residential area.. gated community with modern amenities.. competitive rates... main issue is connectivity from this place to chandigarh and ambala. One has to walk 700-800 meters to get to nearst main road where he can catch a local bus or three wheeler to reach somewhere or else use your personal vehicle. After three years of launching of project , roads are yet to be completed. Still people have started living in here and they are happy with the aura of this place. This project is a govt approved place and all major banks give loan for flats and plots in this project.

Very poor and inefficient people are handling this project.when you are in progress of buying the property these people will treat you like anything they will call you 2-3 times a day but once you are done with purchase and construction starts they wont answer your calls either you keep trying 100 times.I would request all not to go with these fellows, I am already facing mental, financial harassment due to Ubber Group.

I could have given 0 rating if the option was there. Totally disappointed with the services. No roads have been made till date. Management is extremely poor and nobody is here to listen problems. Roads get stuck during rainy weather. Water and Electricity facilities are not provided yet. People have to pay high amount to survive.

Sorry to say that i am very much dis satisfied with your sales person .They cheated me .I saw a 2BHK flat in golden palm,Mr. Amit Vij (Sales person) and Ritin/Nitin(Sales person) showed me that 2BHK and they took Rs.40,000 as token money by me but now they are avoiding me ,they are not taking my calls and not calling me back.Now i am very much fed up so now i am going take action against Ubber Group.

Golden palms catched my eye when I saw their ad on Facebook that theyre delivering the flats in this budget price that too in Tricity. Im happy to book a property for my own home with golden palms. The staff is really good and professional in terms of handling queries and dealing.

Ubber golden palms is the project in which you can dream to own your house in tricity. It comes under Pradhan mantri awas yojna and you get the subsidy in rates too. The prices are pocket friendly

Extremely unhappy with the progress. The builder keeps on giving new dates for possession. I think the time has come for all the customers to unite and file a case against the builder.

Average society with lots of issues

Located on 100ft. Road, just a min from chandigarh ambala highway near derabassi. Sales team is very informative and i feel they have inventory to match requirements of everyone.

Itll be a great deal for this location in this price range.

After I posted genuine review on their facebook page, they have disabled the reviews and stopped answering to any of my queries to why we are not getting water and electricity.TEAM WITH A BUNCH OF LIARS. Who dont have courage to face customer once they have paid the money.All 5 star reviews are fake and done by builder only.Please provide the the promised features. Doing fake reviews wont help you for long.Delivered only 5% of what was promised.Will update my review once things get done. And requesting other buyers also to review this.

Ive visited many projects in dera bassi but Golden Palms is one of the best project I have seen. The best thing I found is quality of construction aswell as the amenities they are providing i.e club house, Parks, GYM, Party Hall, Indoor games and the shopping Arcade. Once the Project gets ready it will be a Landmark of Dera Bassi.

Its is very bad project, Area still not approved by govt. they are making fake commitments with clients dont believe anyone who involved with this project they all are fake even Director Mr Rangi.
