I likes the amenities inside the bus. The seats are comfortable, seats have curtains onnboth sides to keep you in private mode, AC cooling was excellent. The only thing missing is good sleep.

FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! DONT TRAVEL WITH THEM.They are biggest fraudsters. I have booked online ticket through Red Bus from Delhi to Mansa(Punjab) . On entering Punjab, They diverted the bus off route without informing me. They dropped me off somewhere in some village near Talwandi Sabho at 11:30 pm at night that is nearly 45 KM from Mansa. Their behavior is very rude. They said As I were the single passenger to Mansa and they will not go Mansa for 1 passenger. I resisted against this and then they Threw my bags out of the bus in the middle of Night. It was a horrible experience. I request you guys to not travel with them and instead travel via Train.

Staff behaviour is soo sooo worst .. even thy dont accept any upi, phone pay , Google pay , Paytm, only cash which is really bad .. very bad experience with vinod travels 🥺🥺🥺👍

Dont go with vinod travel to delhi.their delhi service was not good.but their jaipur bus was good.

Yesterday my husband was traveling from Peeragarhi to Sirsa , on the way he make payment for the ticket in the bus and after that his purse was missing , we called their head office but no step was taken . In fact the conductor said all The passengers are our VIP one so I cant do anything and secondly he was instructed by head office to check the bus but he did I not and when I called him he was getting angry on us, there are many important ids in the purse but they don’t cooperate , I am sure this is done by the staff only. Please I request don’t travel in these kind of buses.i will make a police complaint for this .

Very bad. I was traveling first time, departure time was 10 PM and bus arrives at 12:40 AM. All passengers were having trouble and no one was bother to provide any facility to passengers. Sleeper class bus does have sitting seats which is stand still like 3rd class roadways. Bus driver was driving a sleeper class A/C bus as typical roadways bus.I would not recommend to use this.
