It was my first experience in mountains and Im really happy that it was with Travel Nomads. The food was really nice. All other arrangements such as trekking and homestay were also nice. An amazing trip ! Could really sit back and enjoy the snow and the starry night in the beautiful valley of Narkanda because Travel NoMads took care of everything. From commuting,to the home stay,to trekking ,they assured comfort and safety throughout. Very poor service, very poor work ethics. Please dont fall prey to them. They will provide you cheap hotel rooms and cheap service. Are least bothered about your security.

Pathetic experience with Nomads, they are not at all concerned about human safety,they are just concerned about money. Nothing is planned, even hotels are booked on time (like 600 rs hotel room for a day- u can imagine the quality). We were on bike trip,before trip everything is committed,but during trip they didnt even concerned about the issues we got in vehicle- major safety issue. They were not at all organized.Most important- they will talk to u before getting money like extremely caring ppl, but real colors u can see during trip, they even dont know how to talk to customer!! Zero customer satisfaction. They completely spoiled our trip, we wanted a relaxing trip n they gave us hectic trip. Plz dont go with them, u will definitely get better opts than Travel Nomads.

These people are real frauds. They even dont know how to talk to people. They just looting people. No services. Cheap food and worst hotels and home stays. No responsibility and accountability. They even dont dont care even if you are dying on trip.

Least brothered about the customer satisfaction all they wanted is to make good margins. A trip started with a quotation of 28k for two ppl ended with 42k because of their inexperience. For 7ppl trip, 3 organizers +1 driver extra🤪😖. Nothing pre planned. Almost everything is on the fly and with the worst being only 50rs worth of breakfast was asked to consume on the places where hotel doesnt provide complementary food.

Had an amazing time using Travel Nomads group trek trip to Chandrashila peak. This is also called the Tungnath trek and which is the highest lord shiva temple.Piyush who manages the business was along with us and helped us in each way. Right from food to fun he looked into each of our requirements and catered well.I wish to travel with them again whenever time permits.

The trekk was an excellent with a hot spring water n trekking camping was awsm
