I had opted for the services of Shree Jee tour and travel purely going by the reviews posted here hence it is important for everyone to know the pathetic experience we had.We were a family of 5 (with elderly parents and a 5 month old infant) who took the taxi services to visit Mathura and Vrindavan early this week. First of all, the owner Mr. Vishal demanded for more than 100% of the estimated bill as advance before the trip started. On asking him the reason for the same, he said that this is his company policy and without 100% advance he wont send the car. I negotiated with him and he agreed for 80% advance. I specifically requested him to send a genuine driver as its a family trip with elders and infant. He assured me that his driver is professional and well mannered. On speaking with the driver over phone, he seem well mannered. Everything seemed ok until I paid the advance. The moment advance was given and we were out of city, the driver Mr. Lucky started to misbehave. Stopped the car anywhere on the road for breaks. On reaching Mathura, he parked the car well outside the main area and asked us to take a rickshaw when all the other cars (even bigger ones such as tempos) were easily passing through. Despite requesting him that we have elderly parents for whom it wil be difficult to walk that a long distance (the battery operated rickshaw was also not easily available due to lockdown situation) , he denied that the car wont go ahead and you have to get down here. Even when spoken with the owner, he said the said thing and left us helpless in an unknown place.Since we had no option left, we had to somehow find a battery rickshaw.Then, there was another instance when I got down of the car for just 5 mins just to go and check if the temple is open or not. The other family members were to sit back in the car in order to avoid inconvenience of coming back in case the temple is closed. For those mere 5 minutes, I requested the driver to switch on the AC. To which, he denied and said AC wont be on in parked car. On requesting the owner, he asked to pay extra if we want AC to be on for those 5 minutes. How about those 3-4 hours for which we were on road in morning and the AC was switched off in the running car??Not only this, the driver misbehaved with everyone in the family as well and ruined the entire day and the trip. His driving skills were also not upto the mark and banged the car in a Rickshaw during the day. Even for that he misbehaved with us and started blaming us for the accident.Absolutely zero professionalism and cooperation from the travel agency. This was the worst experience by far and would strongly recommend to better avoid taking their services and opt for services of any other travel agency if you wish not to ruin your trip with family / friends.
