They are not professional at all. My journey was of nine days and on the last day from dalhousie , they had to drop me at chandigarh after my breakfast. So at the last moment they said. We had to leave at 6 AM in the morning otherwise my driver would leave and you have to go by your own. And as per itinerary many places were open but the driver said it is closed or the road is blocked or my car would not go. Very cheap quality services. Never ever use them.

Otherwise fine service. But when there are seats vacant in the bus, they give it on cheap rates to anyone. My experience was bad due to that.

I booked Delhi to Manali Bus via Abhi Bus but they said they are not running buses which means Its a trap to earn cancellation charges, even my hotel money also got stuck due to their unprofessional ism. Shame on you, Shut down your business.

Bus staff was good and polite.

Travel from Manali to Delhi.Bus is not maintained properly. Picking up passengers randomly for lesser price on the way. Very rude bus guys. Time management is not there. For luggage extra charge applicable.

Some other passengers are coming with same ticket seat no which is in written fromate and climbing that they also have same seat no which was issue to us by cab india travels by online booking need to expedite such type of issues so that other passengers will not affect in future . Rest of the things and travel was good

I am recently travel in cab india travel volvo bus, i am very happy for service and bus found neat and clean and staff very nice.

Good volvo ...experienced driver.. live tracking... Made me reach on time and when it was delayed for more than 15 minutes redbus guves you 300 rupees cashback. And believe me thats so true. I git my cashback on the same day.. Condition of the volvo is great too. Air conditioner is fantastic and seats are comfortable too. driver was experienced and very careful while driving in the night. Rest stops were not that great but thats minor fallback.. most of the journey was smooth and tireless. I was fresh in the morning and thats not so normal for my journeys.. so bug thumbs up.. even i love the pick up point just beside the r k ashram metro station so that was added benefit.

Cab india is not only a volvo bus but it is also a cargo bus ...They have no space for ur luggage but have plenty of space for fruits and vegetables boxes...also they would waste ur valuable 1hr at karnal bypass for unloading these boxes and ur luggage is surely going to be damage....driver and assistance and bus is all good but only problem is cargo...

I am traveling in cab india. My experience is really bad. Bus stops several time with out any reason. Even bus conductor is so rude he star argumenting when I ask him only one bottle of water.

Giving one star because there is no option of giving rating below this. Driver was abusive and very incorporating. We had booking for 9 people (almost 25% seats) but driver started bus before allocated time and we paid extra to cab driver to follow bus. Instead of waiting for us (when we were 10 mins away) driver was rushing ahead.

I travel cab india on 20th april from manali to delhi the service is very poor because no food and tea snacks all night available from bus operator no wash room all night and behavior is very roudly I advice to all no travel from cab india

Bus and other service was good but place for dinner break was worst and also they are charging some extra money for bags also. Otherwise liked the bus clean and hygienic.

For filling up diesel in car I had to waste my 1 hr as the hp card was not working. The driver also got fed up...I am not happy with this.
