Worst experience ever. Few months ago I booked business class online and when I reached at airport. I asked to the worker when the bus will come and he said business class bus is not coming as in the advertisement they say buses comes after every 2 hours. And the way worker was talking with me was ridiculous. They even don’t know how to talk with passenger. Extremely poor service.Never recommend anyone to use this bus service. Reality of this company buses is much far away as they show in their advertisement. Company should train customer service to all their workers who are at Delhi Airport.

This is what they make us sit next too.I was traveling with my family and I selected very thoughtful seats because my old parents need it.However, what you choose on their website has nothing to do with where they will make you sit.We are given distributed seats and also the last seats which are the worst seats ever.We selected there business first class bus however it is just pathetic. Most of seats are broken. The leg rest doesn’t come completely up. Your legs are always hanging. Cabinets are dirty. Handles are broken.Most of the headphones are broken. Seats are dirty.It looks like they got the bus modified from DC and then never cared to repair it.If you don’t want to be fooled, skip the Indo Canadian bus.

I m travelling from jaipur to Ahemdabad the couch is not comfortable and the service like TV Wi-Fi etc is not working they said that red bus ( through which I have booked tickets) has been solicited customer by showing this type of service and also fully unethical behavior from staff I request all if you wanna do gud journey then Please away from Indo Canadian Transport🙏🙏

Very bad service. I mean they don’t care that you have been travelling for 15-20 hours they just want that one online customer for which they’ll wait for like 2 hours making the customer suffer

Called the Indian number from New Zealand for some assistance as information on the website was not updated. Lady on the cell phone was not at all helpful. She hang up while i was talking to her.I guess indo canadian need to realize the value of customer service.They also need to update info on the website.

Very poor service.People should never travel by this bus service.Firstly the bus was not Mercedes and the condition of the bus was very poor. And the driver for the bus route from Delhi to Shimla was very rude. Didnt wait for my co-passengers for 2 minutes. Later I got to know those seats were sold off to some other passengers.

The bus service is minting money and in services its not more than a air conditioned bus where they serve a water bottle, had there been any other option for people travelling to punjab from delhi airport, they would take it. The bus conductor was casual and did not give tickets until asked specifically, ticket is 2000 INR online and is usually after every hour but is often off time as they wait and to fill the seats which creates uneasiness for people who have travelled over night, they mention a wifi service which is not working ever, the people are also irritating as they will need someone to lead and speak to a conductor, creates a lot of uneasiness to fellow travellers who have not slept for hours, indocanadian co. if you are listening , there is a need to improve the bus #PB01C1492 especially its conductor on the journey dated 17th November started from Delhi International Airport.Hope this was helpful.

The driver was really professional , everything else was fine and good , except for one thing that was , they had messaged us the boarding point in Manali as Harrison petrol pump and when I called them they told me to come to green taxi stand which was quite far from the place where we were standing and moreover it was raining on top of it , so I would really suggest u guys to please intimate in advance atleast if there is any change in boarding point because that saves us a lot of time and money , rest the bus was fully loaded with all the features as they had mentioned , a prepackaged snack was also given , the movie choices were less but still we were able to pass our time , all in all the journey was nice and in future would definitely like to travel with u guys !!

Would never recommend! Had heard a lot about their service so decided to book. The bus service was fine. I opted for cab service as well (that takes you to your home) and they forced us to sit with 7 other passengers in the same cab. Staff was very rude; driver didnt even help carrying the luggage from bus to cab and told us to do on our own. I mean really? What a pathetic experience!

I traveled Delhi to Dalhousie on 19.03.19 and back on 23.03.19 by Indo Canadian Tpt. Co. Jallandhar. Before booking ticket, i was bit apprehensive about service after reading different reviews on the site. But i would like to inform my reviews .I boarded bus from Manjanu ka Tila , Delhi. At the office, they have sufficient arrangement for sitting for waiting including facilities of water, coffee, washroom etc. The bus started at 9.30 pm . The condition of bus was good. Driver and staff of bus and at office were cooperative. They provided Blanket which were clean and not stinking. Bus reached Dalhosie at scheduled time of 8 am. On the return, we were little late in reaching Prince Bus Stop at Dalhousie. Driver called twice and waited for us. Return Bus was also clean. overall my first travel by private bus was very satisfied journey . I used to travel to hills by my own Car but to save time and to utilize night time, this option is good to opt. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to use this mode in future. Thanks

I am on my way from Katra to Delhi in AC Merc Benz Sleeper.the maintenance of bus is poor, cold air of AC is peeping in from switch board.TV, which basic amenities promised is not working,while few passengers are enjoying it but I cannot, although I have paid same amount.above everything, one can ignore the faulty machine, but behaviour of your staff is pathetic. he is missing basic etiquettes of talking.

Pathetic service. I have never ever seen such a arrogant staff in my entire life. They dont with respect with passengers. Its like we are traveling for free in your bus. Ill never travel with this pathetic service INDO CANADIAN bus in my life even ill not recommend to anyone to travel with this bus. It is one of worse bus service from manali to delhi, we have booked business class bus and reached on reported time, we board jnin bus and suddenly bus staff started checking the bus and open its gearbox etc. they took 2 hours and we stranded into closed bus, and then they cancelled the bus, and ask us to move to ordinary bus .in ordinary bus it stopped after every 10-15 min. same as a local bus.

Asked fro receipt of cash many times but they didnt bother. Very expensive but comfortable

If youre looking to travel with this transport i let you know what happens to you(which is continuously happening with all) especially DELHI TO MANALI. they gives you boarding point from airport which is actually not and even you dont know that because they dont call you or message,if you call them they dont answer.finally you reach their office on your own risk they simply says your bus not yet departured infact waiting for you(such a liars)here now there will be an good information that reception guy calls you and sends bus is ready you run by crossing in such an heavy traffic after reaching there one man again says no this is not ur bus again you have to run back to office waiting for hours finally then comes your bus which your travelling becomes hectic...so decide

Booked Bus from Yatra from Manali to Delhi in Busines Class, and the departure time was 4.30 pm, they messaged us to report by 4 pm , but when we reachz the bus was faulty , and not even started , and they did not provide us any backup, just put us in bus for long hours waiting, they people even not call if there is any issue or delay.

Booked a seat on SIRSA- DELHI indocanadian...It almost took 5 hours..better to go for Haryana Roadways. Wastage of Money. Travel only if you love to sit in AC bus.

Worst experience while traveling... dont book this bus. No puncuality at all, customer service very bad, we were supposed to reach Delhi at 6 in the morning but indeed we reached at 10:30am, dont know how to behave with the customers.

I had recently traveled to Dharmashala with my wife and booked bus tickets and flight tickets on MakeMyTrip website. I had an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience with the Indo Canadian (also known as Snow Region) bus booking from Delhi to Dharamshala. This bus was supposed to arrive at point by 7:30 pm, but didnt show up even till 8pm. There was no call from anybody. I tried to contact using all the 4 numbers provided on the e-ticket but I couldnt reach anybody! We hired cabs and kept running around places, asking people if the Dharamshala bus boarding point was correct! Finally after a lot of struggle and running around, we were able to find the Indo Canadian (Snow Region) office named Swagatham Holidays. It was around 9:30pm by then. But the people there were so shameless that they had no answers for us!! They couldnt tell us where the bus was, or if the bus was coming at all! Even at 10:30pm, they didnt have an answer! My wife and I were stranded at a strange place all alone at wee hours in Delhi (we are from Bangalore and have never visited that place before!). We were so stressed out, tired, hungry but these cheaters had no concern at all! We had complete plans for the next day at Dharamshala but we could not reach on time for that! I had to go about asking other travel agents for any available seats, but all were full! Finally i found 2 seats in the very last row of an old bus (regular one, as opposed to the A/C Volvo bus I had booked with these cheaters). I had to pay Rs 3000 again for those tickets as I had to reach Dharamshala the next day! We couldnt sleep the whole night as the last seat people kept jumping and hitting the roof all along the route, this was our ordeal for the entire night! As if all this was not enough, the bus broke down 3hrs before Dharamshala and we were forced to spend another Rs 2000 for a taxi from there. All in all, it was the longest and worst night of our lives and I cant believe we had to undergo this kind of gruesome experience in-spite of booking with a reputed service provider like MMT! I wonder why MMT have tie ups with such cheating bus companies, as I found out that such things are regular with this travel company (Snow region aka Indo Canadian aka Swagatham Holidays)! The return trip with Asians Shina was so smooth and organized! I have lost a lot of extra money apart from ticket money and cancelled my next days Dharamshala plans as I reached very very late and lost on hotel booking as well! Please people, I urge you not to book any seats with these people for your own safety and savings.EDIT: Although no amount of money can compensate for the ordeal we faced, MMT have refunded the booking amount, so that was a good gesture on their part. However, the bus service still denies any wrong doings, the nerve on them!!

Worst provider i have ever seen , I booked a ticket from Delhi to Jammu with their vendor Indo Candian , But I have to cancel the ticket due to some reasons , now RedBus Says Indo candian will cancel the ticket and Indo Candian Says How can they cancel the ticket when its booked from RedBus. This is total luut by both of them & b/w I lost my 2200 INR they didnt cancel the ticket.

Worst bus service!! Staff doesnt have any manners, they speak rudely and make you feel like they are doing favor on you. I took the bus from McleaodGunj to Delhi. It broke down thrice, they didnt even provide water bottle, misbehaved with passengers. Highly not recommended. Never going to travel with them again.

We booked bus from Manali to Delhi on 22/04/2018 with business class seat , the bus condition and timing was ok but the bus stopped for dinner at a very bed restaurant where prices were very high and quality was very poor.

Very bad experience, they let on an passenger who should have been on the following bus and dropped him off at next stop with my suitcase (which looked similar to his) when we got to Delhi we were left with other passengers suitcase .When tried to call their customer service , there was nobody to answer the call let alone solving the problem .
