Beat police are involved with crime

Not supportive at all. We caught a theif and handed over to them with video proof. Instead of any help, they kept us hostage including my father(a senior citizen) for 6 hours. They did some deal with thief and tried to file a false case, on behalf of that thief, to get extra money.
