1. The staff is not efficient enough.2. They have a hundred excuses for not doing your work.3. Try to go as early as possible in case you want to post something as they say and I quote Since there is no AC in the premises, the servers get heated up and the connection is lost, try to come in the early hours.4. Make sure to wrap the package in a cloth material or they will return you back.5. Whenever possible, I always want my money (the fee/charges) to go in the Government fund and thus I try to maintain a distance from private players.But after many such unsuccessful experiences, I had to turn towards other private courier options.6. DTDC service is good. Its walking distance towards main road. Keep your eye in the left lane as it is an underground shop. Comparatively in budget and much efficient.7. These kind of situations with inefficient government infrastructure and employees explain the need for privatization.

Well this is the most valuable place for those who want to be an ias.. those aspirants who want to be a ias visit Mukharjee nagar once in life.. most of the ias coaching are in Mukharjee nagar.. the entire area is full of students and coaching.. most of the tea stalls were very popular..

Horrible staff. Extremely rude. Behaved as if I am their debtor and they are obliging me by talking to me. Harassed my elderly mother when she went to redeem her NSC which was an investment made by my late father. Did not give her the relevant information regarding such redemption. Have already made her visit twice for the same work and still have not informed what needs to be done so that she can get her legally due NSC redemption money. She has to go there all the way from Ghaziabad. Most horrible government staff that I have come across. Have no manners whatsoever as to how to talk to women. They must be immediately sacked from duties.

The internet doesnt work here and staff here is very non cooperative. Head post office Delhi please look into such matters of deliberate delay in postal services that ruins your mission of human touch mentioned in the charter.

This place is begging for an upgrade. With the rise of students here the work force is not upto mark. One day it took me more than one hour to send Speed Post (it is not always but sometimes when the last date for upsc/banking etc form submission is near)
