My first visit & I was impressed by the customer service. Nice huge showroom, . Even though the store was crowded, the waiting time was zero. The staff person Anit kumar was very courteous, knowledgeable & quick to suggest me Titan frame designs that I had in my mind. The Titan frame design collection is also huge, I liked their frame collection too. I would say it depends on person-to-person whether they like I would love to visit this store again and definitely recommend Titan Eye plus Rohini store.

I love the products being offered by Titan and services are also good.Suggestions for improvement- I had bought my spectacle and went to take my delivery on 4th August 2021. But when I checked the spectacle, it had some kind of mark on it. So it took time for the executives to provide me another frame. Request if it can be checked before delivering the product.Thanks.

We visited Titan eye Plus rohini for the very first time about 3-4 year ago. There we met, this young and extremely pleasent young man, Anit kumar . The service, experience and conversation we had with him, got us hooked to him. We were staunch Lawrence and Mayo patrons for more than a decade till we met Anit . Post that one experience, we have been patrons at Titan eye plus not because of the brand but because of Mr Anit kumar . We have travelled from the Delhi jind pur to Rohini nitially. We shifted to Ali pur about 2 years back and still come to the Rohini store for Mr Anit Kumar although, the Lens kart is right next door. The kind of service that Anit Kumar has provided us over the years has been exceptional, its such a delight interacting with him. Very bad experience at titan sonipat. I purchased zeiss lenses worth 10000 but they developed multiple scratches and also started giving yellowish look. I used them hardly for a year. It was under warrenty but the store denied to replace it. Didnt expected this from titan.Can I get some help regarding it here ?👎👎
