There is not enough staff. When the doctor was not available in the hospital, the receptionist called him and he came. They charged too much for there useless service. Even receptionist didnt know how to make bill. Dr. Utsav Bansal is okay but staff dont. I am not satisfied and I will not recommend anyone to go here.

Very fast and good service.I want to inform you my worst experience also.The dr utsav bansal was diagnosed glaucoma in my right eye and started treatment after that my eyes condition was going critical day by day. After that I have taken two opinion 1. Safdar jung hospital 2. Shroff hospital , kailash colony, both reports was negative.Doctor adviced me dont take any medicine.Now after 15 days I feeling good but doctor also recommend me for six months doctor observations.Now you people plz decided what is right and what is wrong.

Worst experience ever. I had a minor eye surgery. It was extremely painful. In the OT the doctor was scolding me and he was rather rude(he said you have to bear it or else leave it) and without even finishing the surgery he left it in the middle. AND the receptionist of the eyecare was the helper in the OT. Plus for operating one eye He charged me the cost of both eyes. Now after getting better I have to visit another hospital again.

Dedicated and helpful. Dr utsav even agreed to see my mom in lockdown on a Sunday due to emergency. He has state of art machines available with him at his clinic. Recommending him surely.
