They are fraud ..dont trust their interest free emi scheme , I bought Haier ac on interest free emi from them, on bill and card payment receipt they show you the same amount but bank is charging interest @1.25% rate and bank customer care executive told me that merchant gave you a wrong base amount which was supposed to be lower to accommodate this interest amount, their sales man Vicky sold this product to me.

Worst electronics dealer in the whole wide world. They have pathetic staff and worst machine available. Probably the worst stock that any one can sell. A simple AC Fitment at home was a concern and today after a week of me raising my BP, the grill of the AirCon came off. Lease ensure you stay away from this place if you want peace in your life

Horrible Horrible Horrible machines with these dealers. They have nothing proper machines in stock each and every machines are defected. I purchased 2 machines - 1) haier washing machine top load, 2) Cariers Window AC 5 star 1.5 ton. Washing machine the day they bought to my house the machine soon after the opening the packing had a dent already. AC that I purchased soon after 1 week, the motor of the AC started making noise. I called the Carriers service center and got to know that Motor is not working properly. IT MEANS THEY HAVE DEFECTED MACHINES WITH THEM IN STOCK!!!! DONT EVER TRUST THEM AT ALL.... THEY TRY TO DESPATCH THE DEFECTED MACHINES AT FIRST SO THAT THEY COULD SELL THE DEFECTED ONES AT COST AND THEY DONT SUFFER LOSSES. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL. HORRIBLE DEALERS TO HAVE A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP WITH.

The sales personnel at their store sold a defective fridge of Liebherr brand to my parents by lying that its a Haier product. In less than 10 months the fridge stopped working and when I asked the store owner to exchange the product or refund the money he simply denied his responsibility by saying that there are many sales personnel at his store of different brands and the store cannot take responsibility for them, also when I asked him to at least get the issue fixed he asked us to talk to the company directly to get any issues fixed. This store is selling defective products to the customers by misguiding them. The shop is responsible for any executive working there, you cannot simply get away by saying its not your responsibility. I would suggest TO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE EVER as you cannot trust the product theyre selling.

Lacking that old luster. More over I bought #panasonic microwave oven. They promished a good cost but while paying took Re 250 extra without revealing it before. #faredealcheatingcustomer. My one card got declined so I was busy talking with card Co and paid through other card. They exploited my business and charged extra without my knowledge. In this cut throat competitive age of volatile customer movement #faredealelecteonics compelled to say no to #faredeal and start negative marketing.

Although they have been in here since a long time, however their behaviour towards customers have gone down drastically with time. Earlier the shop assistant were polite and patient to deal with customers. Now a days no one attends you. Customers have to check who is the attendant and then you will see the arrogance in their behaviour. Their body language will let you know, Lena hai to lo nahi to jao. Last time I visited there and bumped with a drunk customer, who pushed me tapped me several times. When I raised my voice, none of the shop employee even bothered to notice. I went out of the shop silently. The soul of the shop is missing now, and dont want to go there again. Also, you can find the same product at a significantly lower price in the next shop at its right. I think some things happen for a reason.. .

I brought a deep freezer from this store. Model no. HCC- 230HC purchased 28 July, 2019.No one from the Haier service center has come yet. The service is very poor, we have called 2-3 times everyday. The store also does not respond.
