Actually i visit OM electronics rohini sector-6, because my 6-7 month old refrigerator have some manufacturing issue like body was cracking thats why samsung gave me coupon code exchange of my refrigerator, and in Om electronics we met a samsung representative i ask his name and he said his name naushad, and he said me some refrigerator price and Om elctronics is so much high he said me samsung 198 Ltr paradice purple price 18190 rupees without delivery charge, the same product price difference is as compare to my nearby sargam store price is 16200 rupees.

Not professional. These people are not at all professional or if they know what being a professional is. I had called them to inquire about availability of some product and the person there confirmed me the same with a price quote. But now when I reach there to buy that same product, that is not there. And to add to that manager says he doesnt recall about any such inquiry. Wasted my time visiting this place. A TOTAL WASTE.

Prices were far way less than other outlets in delhi area with good customer satisfaction ands a wide range of product.I compared with 4 to 5 shops and found out that they(Om Electronics) were offering me the cheapest peice along with some fantabulous product combos.
