Average residential complex.Not well maintained. Lifts are in bad conditions. Ample parking space for permanent residents. For those who are on rent they have to pay 500/ month for a second car.

A rogue, rustic. dingy and dilapidated low class multi storied group housing cluster in Delhis Dwarka sub city that reflects system apathy and absolute failure of the concept of extreme corruption ridden Group Housing in Delhi.Poor maintenancr rots this housing building. Here petty thefts is a regular feature and ecurity is at grave risk. Perpetual Infighting amongst members and a corrupt defunct management committee.
