Good society very neat and clean & small society but you can feel disappointed as there are no lift in society.

Its a small Apartment (3 buildings with 3 stories each - 48 flats) as compared to many others. Main issue here is Parking which is limited. This apartment is situated at a great location. Metro station and Bus stop (appox) 150 meters away, CNG station & Petrol Pump approximately 300 meters away, National Victor School 100 meters away NH 24 is also approx 500 meters away. Generally peaceful but since its adjecent to a park, many functions are organised here so at times the place gets noisy.

Visitors are not allowed to park their vehicles inside the society premises even if they are staying overnight. The worst thing to experience everytime I visit my relatives.

Small society with very few slots of parkings, biggest disadvantage just next to Dusshera ground..So lot of noise comes often from there even late at night

A small suggestion for the residents. The Road divider in Front of the apartment is Devoid of any Greenery. It looks very barren. Can the residents get together and plant some trees in the road divider.

No outside vehicle parking allowed in apartment premises.
