VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased Acer Laptop from here last month for 19500. They had installed Ms office on it complementary. Two days back Ms office stopped working. Today i went to their shop and they said it happened because i had updated the windows. They told me that the windows were not genuine which they did not tell me at the time of purchase. They charged me Rs. 500 again for reinstalling windows and Ms office so that MS office could work again. I feel like cheated now.

Dont bother to go there , they are so pathetic !!My experience with them was too bad !! I come here to buy a laptop of 50kSo I tell them model name , and they show me the product , after convincing them , were ready to pay 50,500 INR , they told us that your product is in basement , go there and collect it after waiting approx 1 hr I get my product , which comes from outside of the basement .After taking product to home I find this one is used because there is some clicked pics of the shop and battery is also fully charged , so I call them , after too many explanation , they say we will change it , they bring the new product after 1 hr again , so pathetic service by A.L.AI think they are giving used product to customers , so guyz be aware before buying
