The most terrible after sales services! They sold to me a product which they were not technically aware of. And I bought it since they suggested me to. I called to request them to come fix the solution immediately the next day. It’s been 3 months now (still chasing) Nothing yet. I now have a expensive machine lying in my office uselessly.I was told they are doing some big work hence they don’t have time. I even called the company of the product and they said the product sold is not meant for the requirement. Careful.. don’t fall trap for hoax.. I wish there was a negative star rating!
