My experience has been fantastic every time Ive visited this service center. Recently I had dealt with Mr Rajat Bisht and he has helped me seamlessly with my cars work and insurance. He was very polite and proactive throughout and also the car was handed over back before the promised date of delivery.

I m going to ford uh experience good. And working experience in ford very high. Workers are helpful.

Last week, i was here for servicing of a ford car. The staff was really good. They serve us snacks and provide a restroom until our final work. But the servicing of my car cost me alot. Bcz all the part were genuine so no issue.

I had issue of issue of pickup drop in my aspire.1. Test drive driver didnt give any reaction about the issue I faced I dont know if he bothered to hear also after a 2km test drive he declared no issue in vehicle. where as I was repeatedly telling problem is interminent2. Service advisor was super occupied couldnt care to hear my issue he anticipated the issue and opened job card3. Technicians was briefed by me about the issue and they werent able to reproduce issue and concluded issue with coolant bottle and cap but to my surprise pressure test of coolant bottle was OK. Still I dont understand what made them to conclude issue was with coolant bottle.4.Luckily there was no Coolant bottle for available with them so I had to move to Yash Ford on saharanpur road.5. There technician took 2 hour to diagnose he heard my issue and was successful to reproduce it as well.The issue was with head gasket not with coolant bottle.6. Mine is is Delhi registered vehicle and Ford service at Delhi is by far better there.AVS Ford did not serve me a good experience it was my first experience with them.I would say Ford owners are your client being in service industry care to give proper diagnosis not everyone is having deep pockets to throw money to rectify same issue at different centres.🙏

Fraud. I purchased my Ford EcoSport in December, I had a deal along with the extended warranty but its been more than 4 months and the executive is telling me that he will provide the certificate tomorrow or day after tomorrow since past 2 months. What kind of nonsense showroom is this ?Such fraud dealings !I wont suggest anyone to purchase any car from this showroom. Rather than purchase from Yash ford.

The people are so manipulative. While checking the car they use to guide some things. But once you go to give your vehicle for some work. They use to increase the issue and charges extra things.Even service manager is very manipulative and mannerless.

Professional and helpful staff

They will make you visit twice after service. I don’t think they know how to balance the wheels or they don’t have the machine at all.... but why they charge customers for wheel balancing ? I don’t have clue. You don’t try.Rest is fine.

AVS ford is better then other ford service.Staff are really nice and cooperative.They are also commited on their word and if you need some spare parts they provide you within 3 days if not available.

On 23rd visted and got my car serviced ua 08-3128 and i was the last to take my car at 6:30.Overall my experience was good except washing part. No proper cleaning, polishing. For few i pointed out n described to service advisor and he gt it done but not at all satisfied.this is what i have noticed as it was done in front of me n its visible. Rest work i havent seen n hopefully all was done accordingly.

No dought service is good, BUT a different problem has Accured due to there mechanic mistakes I am suffering with the Loss of my Ecosport Stepney Cover which has lost. Because there mechanic had not fixed the Stepney cover properly after filling the nitrogen gas in it. .They had not checked or not doing there job properly , And due to there mistakes i am bearing this loss...If i not get the cover in next two days then i have to nock the doors of Consumer Court. .
