I would not recommend anyone to go this dealer, bunch of fraudster, they will put additional repairs on your service , without even consulting with the customer and will charge more amount for service and then will ask for 10/10 rating on their feedback form. anyone going for service please look fordserviceprice promise for actual price of the service, i was also charged more for the service and after contacting ford India customer care, the admitted that they charged me more without my consent for additional repairs. I am still waiting for my refund amount.

Worst servicing experience. Car door lock was found broken after servicing and there was water logging in the car. Had to spend a lot of money even after servicing.

Ford is on the delhi highway, near to mohbbe wala. Ford cars are quite famous with doon people. And they have good service and huge area.

First of all there were not much cars and variants, second the expert did not try to show us the cars interior as he was really excited to show us the car through his i-pad, its okay he talked nicely and told us to visit again when the models will arrive, but the first thing you should do is to show how many models you have and to show how does the particular car looks like from insideas that car was there he only showed us everything from his i-pad and tried to convince the customer through the service charges and the price but the matter of fact was that he should try to show us the car which we were looking for it was in the show room .

Bhagat Ford dehradun is really very nice and staff is very copcooperat and I m fully satisfied.

Very bad experience . engine heating problem before first car servicing. After first servicing problem remained intact. GM service department and sales executive both misguided on the heating issue. After 11 days they sought out the problem , but drank my petrol which was more than half tank full at the time of toeing the vechile and refused to give it back. They have their car sold,now they are pathetic towards customer. All they are making is money not family wali feeling.

It was my biggest mistake to go to this dealer. The GM harassed me a lot for delivery of Ecosport even after full payment. Finally cancelled booking from this dealer and bought from AVS ford, Dehradun.

The senior manager Mr Praveen gaur is really helpful but the rest staff is not really attentive towards the customer I would be giving 8 out of 10 to this place in terms of the service quality

Bought Ford Ecosport 1.5 AT. Very bad customer service experience. First day they treat you good, when they pitch the car. Though technically the sales guy knew nuthing. After full payment in advance here we are on the day of deliver which was suppose to be ar 10 am, its already been 4 hours and no hope of delivery of the car yet.No one cares and looks like prep of the delivery started only when We forced them to.Paper work which is a 5 minute job is not yet complete in 4 hours, the rep is hiding somewhere in workshop. Manager are not willing to be at rescue, after all money has been paid... Who cares !In my lifetime, this is the worst car buying experience ever . I am very sure a similar issue occur while day to day servicing of the car.Best is avoid this dealer in Dehradun , and reachout to either Chandigarh or Delhi dealers who know the value of time.
