At good place but that mem whoes sittion on query office not gives u proper answer of ur query thats why they should improve them.and resolve the query of students

In 2016-17 very good staff was there helpful in every sense.. you cannot get information over calls as they will never pick up.. earlier they used to reply the mails and call both but over the years gone worse.. but IGNOU is an affordable and the best correspondence

Best Palace For Distance Learning

No one is answering call trying since 6 months ..... Worst and pathetic behaviour towards educational practice , shame on us for trusting u !!

Ignou is good for distance learning and correspondence.....The location is fine motorable and spacious for parking.. The staff is fine

Education should be priceless, and open university give us opportunity to get knowledge in price as less as it can be. so IGNOU is helpful to every student who really hardworking and dedicated to knowledge..

Not a once time always last time i call him for know about our assignment , admit card and some other issue..and i call 3- 4 days regularly but nobody pick the call. I live in delhi. It’s their monopoly that they never pick your phone or the phone is always busy. Later after trying for a week finally they picked up the phone and couldn’t gave the information about my classes.When these centres will become responsible? I guess all the failed gossipmonger students of IGNOU are in jobs with low brains and screwed identity. The telephone operators are not paid as they find it as a burden to pick up the phones. When are they going to value the time of others?Government has to wake up soon and take some strict action against such centres.

IGNOU Authorities has made me Musaddi Lal of a very old indian television series OFFICE OFFICE from SABTV. I dont know when will people who are sitting there and just earning money without doing any work will realise that its their job to help out people with the queries.I am just going to allow some more time and see or else will file a legal case against the organisation and the government who are running this organisation. All the people who are unsatisfied can help me out in writing a petition against them.

Old man in the office is rude for no reason. Staff isnt cooperative. They dont answer your queries. Ignou help line never answers your call . They dont refund fees otherwise I would cancel my admission.
