A nice clean & good place to stay.Almost in heart of the city.Food is good & so is the staff.

Overall good experience... Room size is good. Value for money... Suggestions for hotel... Increase some facility in the room...

Good ambiance without basic necessities like hot water .if you are in need of shower you need to waste atleast 1000 litters to water by opening the tap & wait for hot water to appear during my 2 days of stay I could get hot water once that 2 for 1 minute. Rest all good .

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel. The rooms are spacious for a couple. The washrooms are not that good. There was little issue with hot water that was resolved by hotel management team. There is a scope of improvement in breakfast buffet. It was bit spicy as well. The adjoing cafe is quite nice with a beautiful aura.

One of the few hotels in Dehradun with a sizeable car parking space. Rooms are decent, but not very well maintained. We had trouble with hot water in the shower because of a pressure issue. When asked to help, a staff member wasted a lot of water to force the pressure issue to resolve itself.Three of us stayed in the suite, but it didnt match the 4000 rupee/night asking price in terms of amenities. The bed was comfortable and a third friend happily slept on the couch too.The complimentary breakfast was strictly average, but you can stuff yourself on the food available.Spacious room. Comfortable. Tea stall just outside gate offers chai and snacks all night. Palatable food. Comparatively large parking lot.

Stay was comfortable however not recommended for a person who is checking in as single. Food rates are extremely high and exorbitant. I requested for getting me half of any food I chose for myself as I was a single person and I dont like wasting food but they turned down my request flat saying they cant consider..I had to take only rice items for myself hence.Hope they do something about it also rates should be resonable with respect to facilities as well.Also the furniture is also very old in the rooms.Another problem is despite telling them that hot water is not available even if I turned the hot water tap ,my request was not given heed.....The hotel rooms are clean though and are big in size with ample car parking space but you can easily overlook if you find options.....

Bathroom was small, toilet seat was not on comfertable place, one has to face the wash basin platform very near to face while using the toilet. Room was okay.

Loved this place. But rooms are very expensive and not worth it that much but other things are okay. Good for small functions like birthday and reception. For wedding purpose its okay and can handle crowd upto 200-250 max. Not more then that.

Breakfast spread can be improved a lot. Room service very good. Courteous staff. But my experience in check in was not all that good. Rooms were not ready and we had to wait for 25 minutes. Rooms were very spacious. Overall enjoyed the stay. Bar is really well stocked and prompt to serve

Best hotel Indoor+outdoor

I did a booking for a one night as an interim stop at dehradun during my journey. What i found was a sad experience. Hotel rooms are under renovation. Newly renovated rooms needs attention to details. Dust in rooms here and there. Washrooms though renovated again needs attention. Drain pipe choked. Space under washbasin covered with wooden doors but inside its flithy and source of foul smell in the washrooms. Air ventilation for washrooms also needs attention. During my stay i changed my room thrice and first two rooms had all these problems as stated above. Above all there are mosquitos behind the room curtains which is an area were they generally breed and hotel staff needs to pay attention. Sugar, milk satches also had dust so did not even use them.
