Worst service ever didnt even bother to touch the laptop and listen issue directly said 1300 rupiya lagega😂 by god dont ever buy any dell or ,hp laps these are scams built in with defects to fill belly of their customer support team to keep scratching customers for months, I am having in constant touch for 6 months they not even solve a single issue , also they consider whatever we use on laptop for productivity purposes as third party apps like adobe, brave , telegram , amazon prime, chrome, . Etc do they even these apps or companies securities are 10 times better then their so called boasted brand dell, duba dia re baba

Worst service. If your laptop is not in the warranty, they dont even open a screw of your laptop.Worst experience, service, and customer dealing.Because of the Google Star rating system, we have to give 1 star for this damn service of Dell. They deserve -1.

Worst experience. You phone calls will never be picked up.Service center located in a old, unpainted, unfinished building. No parking, Open bathroom at the entrance. Very dirty, very unorganized. Very dangerous to visit in these covid times. No reception, no appointments. Come as you please, go as you please. Less said about the staff, the better. I hope Dell is reading this. Such kind of service centers will spoil Dells reputation. I will never buy a Dell computer as long as i live in Dehradun so I never have to visit this service center. Shame on this service center for treating dell customers like this....

I didnt wanted to give them even a single star because their services arent worth it.Its the worst service center ever because they removed my original dell parts and replaced them with duplicate ones in name of repairing due to which other working parts of my laptop got damaged.
