We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It was so comfortable n awesome stay. The food was the plus point. Food was good.n healthy. The room I booked was valley view room it was spacious n clean room with nice view. Breakfast has good variety and lunch or dinner had grt taste. Staff was helpful all the time. In all it was a beautiful stay.

Location is great which is right on the Rajpur Road. Hotel is inside the mall on 4th and 5th floor which is the USP of this property. Staff behaviour was professional and friendly. Greeted by the staff every time we came across them. Check in process was smooth. Room is good and big with all the amenities so there’s really nothing to complain about regarding the room. Only down side was AC. There’s central AC in the room but even after setting temperature of 18 degree room temperature remained 24-25 degrees. Should improve on that. Room sleepers are not there which is a must for 4 ⭐️ hotel. Apart from these it was a great stay there.

Use of resources efficiently due to the financial effects of covid 19 pandemic is one thing, but making the customer count each and every single penny he is paying for his breakfast inclusive stay is just not acceptable. The food quality and the variety were both poor.

Too expensive for a 3 star. Room was nice and huge but no access to any amenities. The breakfast was fine and the room was spacious, but one can find better properties for the same price.

Really bad experience. Not a good hotel. They do not have kitchen open after 10 pm. Avoid this hotel if travelling with kids. No proper rooms and basic amenities available. Too costly. No view rooms. And more important never use Agoda app to book any hotel. They show price very high.

Everything thing was good.. room was excellent 👌.. only in one thing they didnt cooperate was covid test report which was no where mentioned in terms and conditions.. I ws havng my vaccine report wid me...

Hotel is located at great place, on the main road and in happening Pacific Mall. Beautiful rooms specially the valley view rooms, quite big with amazing view of the valley. Courteous staff and room service was good. Food was ok not so good as per lemon tree standards may be because of less staff and resources as they were operating with limited staff due to corona havoc. But still they tried their best to serve us best they could.

Worst hotel in dehradun. The bed in my room is on the other side of the ceiling fan and not under it as common sense would have it. Air conditioning is not apt to handle 30+ temperatures, argo u r going to be hot during the day. I asked the management if I could change my room I was told all the rooms are like this which I also find hard to believe. I have been traveling to mussoorie/Dehradun almost every year and this was my worst experience.

Not much was open when we reached there at 9pm. Even the food court was nearly closed. This could be bcoz of the Covid restrictions.. But we were the only people inside the complex....

Situated at a prime location of Dehradun, with Dehradun biggest mall the pacific mall in the side, this hotel provides a 5 star level of service. If you are staying here you could easily go towards mussoorie or Dehradun main city very conveniently.

Pacific mall dehradun has nice atmosphere

First of all, let me start with the positive side, which is the location. And it ends there.Will elaborate, we stayed at the property for 2 days ( with a package of complementary breakfast and one major meal ). The glaring points at the property were:-1. No one checked temperature for any of my family members so certainly they are not following covid 19 precautions during check-in.2. When you book a 4 star property you expect a certain amount of standard and luxury unlike when you book a business hotel but they are purely are too indifferent about any of the guests staying with them or thier requirements. No one will ask you if you are comfortable? If you need anything ? Simply you check in and then you are on your own.3. Restaurant: it certainly is below average. The spread for breakfast is very limited and like an ordinary road side restaurant, nothing to comparable if you are staying at a 4 not even at a 3 star property I would stay. Another cheap gesture was when on the second night, we went to the restaurant for dinner and asked for menu and the reply we got was : we only have a limited menu for dinner and it is... Dal tadka, mattar paneer, steamed rice and breads. I mean which 4 star hotel does that? I have had the opportunity to stay at various 3/4/5 star properties in last 12 years due to my job profile and encountering such a down standard by a 4 star property is shocking.4. Non kids friendly: well when you are travelling with toddlers and staying at a good property, I m sure you would experience a lot of care and personal touch being given to the specific requirements guests can have during thier stay but here they are least concerned. Let me site an experience for this as well,(a) During one of the breakfasts my kid decided not to eat and just play so when I asked the staff to pack a plain dosa, the reaction I was given was maam we cant pack however if you insist we can send it to your room, well I did mention we are going out Directly but it was totally ignored and so we had to go back to the room and take the dosa.(b) since we drove from gurgaon and had some tiffin and tumbler for my kids food requirements and when on reaching the property I asked them to wash, they did but the following day when I asked for wash of tumbler, I was told maam we dont usually take outside utensils, well who would like to carry ghar ke bartan during a hotel stay ? Again totally unprofessional.Coming to the part where all this realisation came in, we happened to extend our stay in Dehradun and we decided to book another property, this time we booked 4 points by Sheraton and trust we they are physically placed side by side but their hospitality, services, courtesy, care for guest, everything are poles apart. In short what we didnt get at lemon tree, we got everything and more at 4 point by Sheraton, will be sharing detalied review on thier page.For this place, compared to the amount I payed at both the properties which was almost equal, the experience at lemon tree was highly disappointing. Not recommended.

I had a five nights stay at Hotel Lemon Tree Dehradun from 19 Oct 2020 to 24 Oct 2020. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Service was very prompt. The view of the Doon valley from the fifth floor room was magical. However, the choice of menu was severely restricted to just a few items of Indian menu only. Since I had already paid for one meal everyday besides the complementary breakfast, so they behaved in a rigid manner and compelled me to consume their restricted choice oily & spicy food despite my numerous requests for some change. They also prevented me to order from any other restaurant as well. Guests looking for variety in meals menu may please think twice before booking.

Nice hotel in terms of location as its centrally based in dehradun. Clean rooms with limited food options. Nice staff as they are taking care of all your needs on time.

Such a fraud hotel, refuse to provide invoice if we book it from external resources, before booking their employees told me that they will provide the invoice but during checkout they refuse, their manager Deepak is not at all corporative and refuse to provide the bill. Never suggest this hotel to your friends and family

I am frequent visitor to Dehradun and this hotel, but this time it is not good. Reasons:1. No centralized heating..either to keep off the AC or to bear the cooling in winter.2. WiFi not connected first time, but hotel front staff didnt bother to come and check even after called twice.3. I took MAP plan and only order dal and rice. Who is denying jeera rice, its a matter of few minutes to fry. finally got plane rice.Lemon tree always know with the high level of hospitality but they need to look into the above seriously.

Lemon tree Dehradun is not do great. They have maintained the clean n cozy look but covid situation is difficult for them too. The restaurant was closed. Fixed complimentary breakfast was manageable. Otherwise lemon tree group is a great hotel experience. Esp. lemon tree aerocity is very good

Its a nice hotel, with nice service and hospitable staff.Located inside pacific mall, on Rajpur road. So, you get to access the mall freely and easily.Not sure about other rooms, but the view from our rooms was that if the mall itself.

Great location. Great food especially breakfast buffet. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Even the washrooms were quite well maintained. Very conveniently located right next to Dehradun’s biggest mall with a PVR which is convenient for a late night show. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

First of all d kitchen closes by 10 ,we asked for coke at night 110 clock and we dint get it.2nd in bathroom face wash basin was realy dis appropriate,spaces are so much we realy need to band so much n tape distance is very less,dey provide dryer not blower (as per brand status we thought it would be!!!!)There are no switches for so many lights in d room ,for dis we had to off dem by master key!!!! I cud not sleep whole night with so much of light in d room,Mini freeze was not Colling at all. Al d ice creams were melt,standard temp dey set as 30 degree for d room but we felt its temperature set up was not working was less dan 20 degree.One worm was in d room,morning I discovered.we had realy realy have high expectations but m sorry to say I m disappointed.

Send this hotel location for meeting after reaching there they ask for 50% advance then without meeting ask for remaining 50% amount after that ask for 2100 rupees as security fee which is refundable after service.I think one of the Hotel employee at good post in this hotel does the fraud. Lemon Tree is a trusted chain of lavish hotels across India. It offers great services and also has great food. Also Pacific mall is its neighbour and you can enjoy delicious food in food courts and KFC, Dominoes, Subway, Burger King and what not. One thing that can be improved is the WiFi facility otherwise its a great place.

Loved the stay at Lemon Tree!! The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We got a upgrade to a bigger room as we were travelling with kids. The room was huge and comfortable. Food was also very tasty and hygenic. All was just perfect. Will return to stay again!😊

Majority of the rooms are facing the mall... Floor is not covered with carpet(most 3stars/4stars below the accor branch are having carpet throughout the floor)... Room space and the Food is awesome no doubt(hence the two stars)... Service is pretty ordinary when compared with other likewise hotels.

Straight to the point, the best thing about this hotel is that they employ handicapped people - most of their room service and cleaning staff were mute pr deaf and I bet you have never seen this anywhere.Now the actual review - Room were big and window opened to a nice mountain view. And for the first time in my life I saw that thr TV actay had some good English and Hindi channel. There were few things lacking though which are really essential such as room service and not providing enough toileteries in the bathroom. They did have an information booklet that said if you want anything please call but hey how many times would you call??We called the restaurant thrice to order something and they did not answer.Otherwise location is good and you are literally staying in the Pacific mall so you can go shopping in your pajamas. We didnt try their food so I dont know anything about that.They can also improve in their activity center. Overall it was a good stay mainly because of the location, internet service and big rooms.

Well Lemon Tree has standard setup ,however this one had bathroom fitting issue shower was not functioning to the optimal,issue with full flow of water and pressure, probably its not maintained properly, Shower cap was a miss.Dinner and breakfast was good ,tea was below standard we had ordered india masala tea.Covid preperation were there distance maitianed .

Good hotel as per the chain. Location is nice. Adjoining pacific mall which is one of the best mall in Dehradun. Surprisingly, the view out of my room window was inside the mall!! Room lacked basic amenities like cotton slippers and water bottles though they were provided after asking specially. Unfortunately, the AC of my room wasnt working even at 18 degrees and the maintenance couldnt do anything. Good point, you can order food from outside if you like and itd be delivered to your room.

Very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is adjoining Pacific Mall, however there is no disturbance due to it. Intact it was very convenient for is since we were on vacation.The room is quite big and very clean , the beds are very comfortable. The toilets are sparkling clean.We had Breakfast and Dinner as part of our plan, and though the there was not a large spread of food items, whatever was available on buffet was very very good and fresh. The restaurant staff was very very courteous and ready to serve. Great hospitality !!

To be honest- its a good property. I stayed at crowne plaza earlier this year in Jaipur- Lemon Tree is far better then that. Lemon tree staff is polite, courteous and always greeting you with a smiling face. Loved the hospitality.
