This is a shady place where all the illegal activities take place. Couples come here for a few hours to make out. The sheets and pillows are stained. The washrooms stink. The restaurant provides stale leftover food. The manager MR. PREM KUMAR is a big-time thug. I had a booking that included Breakfast which I was denied at the hotel. This so-called hotel is not managed professionally. The front office is looked after by PREM KUMAR and the kitchen is seen by his wife. I was overcharged heavily for the stay and food as if I was getting punished for booking at this place. I tried to reach the customer care of AGODA, however, the number provided in the confirmation mail from AGODA is of OYO. When called on the number, OYO people initially said that the booking is not through them, so they arent responsible. However, later they accepted that they do take bookings through AGODA. Then they said that next time I should book only through OYO App or Website. MY GRIEVANCE STILL STANDS UNRESOLVED. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AGODA, OYO, AND THE HOTEL. STAY AWAY.

Shows bad hotels different from the photos shown vs the reality.the hotel manager refuses to payback the money and says to talk to oyo customer service.

Service you get on call, rooms are not in good condition. Service staff is also good. Rooms are typically old formats you have to call on mobile. Drinking water is not available.

Very bad room …it’s just a mess !!!! Don’t book your room in this cheap class hotel …..room was not clean ..electricity problem , cleaness problem , washroom was such a hell !!! Worsttttt experience ever in my lifeeeeeeeee!!!!! Electricity was not there approx 30 mins and the manager was like (bhaiya check kr re h) so bad service, washroom was like (100 saalo se saaf nii kiaa ) so bad , so bad , so bad !!!!!!!

Worst hotel... They dont give towels and drinking water... No service No geyser for warm water and too costly hotel... I want to give minus rating but there is no option... Dont book this hotel... It is not registered under OYO.. they simply using fake name... Be careful... Dont go there.. you will find better alternative than this worst hotel at the same price...

Casually stay not awosme but price very low

In the words of G D Bakshi Yeh koi Randikhana hai ? After checking into our room we noticed there were lots of hair on our bed. Pillows we stained. After much argument with the management they agreed to change the sheets. I wont consider this a family place. Very popular among young couples.

Amazing Hotel for a decent stay. Good Location and specially the property is very spacious. Nice ambiance and atmosphere. Polite Staff. Tasty food.And overall a lovely experience.

Dharamshala is better than this worst hotel. Small Rooms, No Hot Water facility. Worst and dirty bedsheets I have ever seen in my life. Blood spots on the bedsheets. Recommended for those who have very very less budget. Best of luck.

It seems hostel turn in hotel. Rates are cheap. They dont have geyser, TV. Bathroom is also not good. You will have Hostel feeling here. Its not facy at all and so is their rates.

Do not ever come to this hotel.... its the worst of its kind....the rooms are dirty the washroom doesnt have hot water no gyeser no clean sheets and even the quilt is thin as hell. DO NOT EVER COME HERE

Worst hotel.They havent change bedsheet used by previous customer so I said them to change bedsheet They were like abhi kar denge but unhone tab bhi nhi kiya. Phir maine khud hi saaf kari bedsheet. No geaser, Toilet is in very bad condition, the Commode is dirty i cant even sit on it. Non cooperative staff. Very bad hotel.

They have 104 rooms available for guests. A decent room with broken, dusty cupboards and dirty bedcovers.
