This hotel is located in the heart of citys Dehradun. The staff was helpful and courteous .Easy check in.Lots of parking. Nice view from some of the higher rooms.Free wifi and internet. The hotel is tastefully designed for comfortable and affordable stay . Value for money. Breakfast and lunch buffet provides variety of food, which is better than ordering from a menu.I request all the people that if you come to Dehradun, then definitely stay in this hotel once and see it.

Hotel staff have not good knowledge & wrost communication, staff taking hidden charges.. few day back I booked that hotel they told me 1 days price and when we stayed 1 night the charges were high, staff arguing with us.. washroom not cleaned, tv was not working.. wrost hotel and staff...Never recommend to this hotel... Worst hotel . Dirty washroom. I booked it through MakeMyTrip, where they have mentioned that room is air conditioning, but it is not. When I asked that they told me air comes from windows is mean as air conditioning. As other hotels fires comes from window.

On our journey to Dhanaolti, we stayed a night in hotel galaxy. The rooms were okay, not good and not bad either. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated, as the smell of new paint and price tag on furniture was still there. The food wasnt that good, and I will suggest to get out and have your dinner outside. Over all a okay experience.

Excellent room service with cordial behaviour. Perfect stayover place for me as a foreigner. Their soup ( I forgot the uncommon name) is highly recommended

As like as location wise Hotel is in good location near to Railway Station, but facilities of Hotel are not good. The Hotel is not keeping clean properly and regularly. The system of Complementary breakfast is so worst, as it has fixed the items by the Hotel, so you dont have any choice, you eat what they wanted to give you..this is very much disgusting. Not a single drinking watter had been given to the guest even stayed 5 days. I mean one bottle per person should be Complementary with breakfast. Overall I can say that my experience with Hotel Galaxy is below average, so I am giving this Hotel two stars only,. I am sorry for it.

If you have a meeting and your dress required iron, then you are at wrong location.I asked them in advance at the time of check-in (10:00 AM), they said they dont keep iron in hotel but they will get it done next day early morning. Next day still no option :-(first hotel I have seen who cant keep even single iron at hotel.

The hotel is little away from dehradun station. The staff is very coperative . They managed our dinner at 11 pm even after restaurants close by 10.30.

The staff of this hotel is very indecent and un proffesional. Troubling their guests at 1am just to ask do you have water. I will not recommend this hotel. The staff sucks!!
