Melange Bakery is the youngest property in the city and has already captured our heart with its perfection in serving baked goodies. Standing with pride and grace, near the Union bank of Laadpur, Tapovan Road, this is situated pretty off the citys hustle and bustle.The wooden table carries on itself, lipsmacking baked items that can please your soul from within. Starting off with Aloo and Paneer Patties, those were flaky enough with stuffed potato and cottage cheese (respectively), living up to the expectation. Sandwich turned out to be conventionally good. The cheese and veggies were proportionately embedded. Among the pastries, I loved their oreo pastry much more than other variants. The dry fruit plum cake gave christmassy vibes and so did the walnut brownie. Wish I had some vanilla ice cream to play with.Fusion cookies unfolded a totally different story altogether. Kaju Kishmish cookies, coconut multigrain cookies and butter pista cookies are some popular household names and it is known that they are bound to perform well. But, what stole the entire show was chocolate and poppy seeds cookies and cornflakes cookies. The latter did prove to be a crowd favourite with its crunchy and fudgy attribute. Totally loved the concept of embedding cornflakes into cookies. These are some unsung discoveries that needs to be appreciated more often.Christmas hampers lift my mood instantly, no matter how engaging my schedule claims to be. This beautiful gift hamper is from the house of Melange and mind if I say, the packaging didnt let me unbox it for a day or two. To my surprise, the baked goodies seemed fresh to the core and very fulfilling for my appetite. Lets get to know whats inside this cute hamper.Salted wafer biscuits are just my thing, be it a short trip, or snacks or just munching while struggling to memorize a huge paragraph for the next examination. Cream rolls were deliciously creamy, not so rich and a perfect snack-on-the-go item. The coconut cookies were something I would love to get addicted to, for sure. I have found many bakeries or convenience stores to sell out coconut biscuits or cookies with a flavour of coconut outside, but here at Melange, you get to enjoy it inside the biscuit as well hence, it is an entirely coconutty affair.The showstopper of the show has to be coffee cupcake. I am myself a caffeine addicted person, and this one truly resembles the need of the hour. The sweet and subtle mocha flavour just made my day, better. Highly recommended!

They offered wide range of cakes, sweets, chocolates etc.. Cakes and pastries which are making here are best quality and hygiene. I must really say that it is the best cake shop in dehradun which gives you the premium quality. There are different kinds of cakes as per your favourite flavours. Its very delicious and one must really try it out.
