Best baker in town. Started the concept of dry cakes in the city. Honey almond dry cake is so good that u can gift it to anyone n the next time u meet them, theyll demand for the same cake again. Patties and other bakery items are decent. Pastries are good. Owner is very cooperative too. He also gets whole wheat buns and kulchas prepared on order. Photoprint and fondant cakes are also available here.

I love the food its perfectly baked ... always.. quality is amazing...but the behaviour of the owner n workers towards their customers is like jo lena hai lo nhi lena to humai frk ni parhne wala...very unwelcoming... their place is running only because yes the food is A GRADE but if their food wasnt nice koi waha nhi jata because they just dont care to interact with their customers...

I Pawan Kumar visited at F.B ( fresh bakers) on 24.04.2019 after heavily rain when Shimla pahari sqaure water was at calves level and the road was submerged . I was excited coz I used to heard about famous paneer sandwich of F.B. after having with my friends, i paid and he returned money me by giving coin of 10 Rs, I put into my pocket. After that I asked for the chocolate candy which were not available , (loose) but was in a Box, I requested the guy was on counter kindly gimme 5 of them remaining may have used as loose stock,but his cold shoulder Behavior, was very hard to accept. After getting his refusal I asked for the chocolate of 10 Rs, I gave him the same coin which he gave me earlier, he flately refused to ACCEPT 10 Rs coin and didnt give chocolate, and said it doesnt go . I wonder a few minutes back he gave me the same coin,now he changed hishis co, I was astonishing how the people of hoshiarpur giving then publicity, there must not a good competetor near by them,thats why their air is in the cloud nine. A famous baker supposed to cooperate with the customer because money is not everything,but intergrity is.

Helpful staff although you can notice them getting easily distracted for different requests around.There is good variety of bakery and cakes preparations many of which can be seen on display. Delicious preparations - all of them are vegetarian and eggless. Packed food items are clearly marked as well. Great presentation.Fresh preparations are delivered and therefore placing offers in advance is advised.Only cash is accepted as payment method.
