Location is little deep from the main Sheemla bye pass highway, there are three type of Resisdent, first is Swastik Green Villas, which cost you around 45 lacs for 2 BHK, 2nd is Flats which are 1 and 2 BHK, will cost you around 20 lacs and 32 lacs approax. 3rd is plotting there are huge area where plotting is happening, it will cost you depends on the owner to owner but minimum is 15 lacs per square yard. The worst decision of my life when I finalized the deal here. No service after purchasing the flat.Very poor work finish, I had to spent extra money to fix up all the blunders, still need to do alot. Now it has been 10 months....need to change the items what builder has provided. Very pathetic and painful service.Society administration is at its worst, used to circulate the new rules on notice without taking consent of residents. Treating the flat owners like hostel students.

Eastern Arc surely gets 5 out of 5 stars. It is located near the highway and is well connected to various corners of the town. The most important aspect for me is safety and Eastern Arc provides me a safe society, so yes for me its 5 out of 5.

I visited the place for 2BHK in last Oct. They showed me phase 2 projection and plan is good. I liked it. But when I looked already constructed phase I. I observedProperty is good but administration is very poor. Sewage drainage is not properly closed.... too smelly compound.... one cannot walk for fresh air. Monopoly of staff. I talked to some owners as well, rules and regulation are defined on need basis and imposed on owner. Roads to reach site is worst. Anyways I cancelled my plan to invest in this project. Hope it will help someone.

I have visited Eastern Arc to see a property at my affordability. The first and worst thing I have noticed is approaching road is at worst condition. I was horrified If I would have taken flat at eastern arc what would happen to my vehicle.Then I came to meet their sales manager, he showed some ready to move demo type flat and few under construction 2BHK, 1BHK and 3BHK. my 2nd reason to be horrified demo flat was at its best, but the flat which was under construction, OMG it seems they dont know about quality finish. putty work quality, tile work every thing was done in worst level. Even though I made a small mindset to invest few amount (obviously not for my personal purpose) and started inquire more about the eastern arc and meanwhile their sales manager was convincing me with all his hard effort like ye bhi de dunga, woh bhi kar dunga etc etc. Then I came in contact with few residents (who are there since last one year), few things I got to know from them which dragged me back like:1. There is no facility like gym, swimming pool, garden in the campus.2. Lift is not working since last many days. Even after complaining many times, builder is not interested to show his sensitivity,3. In your entire deal you will hardly find to meet the main owner (dont exactly know the name). I dont understand what kind of VIP is he.4. There is no proper system for sewage water. It means they have well arrangement for dengue and maleria etc.5. Once you pay a large amount of deal they will drag your possession months and months.6. and at last when I walked out from this deal I realized that their sales manager is biggest lier, He even promised some unusual things which can not be done practically (obviously, just to grab the customer).and I realized one more thing what their technical person knows, their sales manager doesnt know. And what their sales manager knows, their engineer and supervisor doesnt know. And what all these know, their owner doesnt know.
