Rude & egoistic are two words that come to mind when I think about my experience with Dr. Urvashi. She cannot accept that her medicine might not be working & insists on finding fault with pet parents. When I politely insisted that I have given the meds diligently & in the manner prescribed she got belligerent & rude. She will treat your pet like she is doing you a favor despite charging & even getting salary from the govt. She is a govt Dr. running a private clinic & asks patients who come to govt hospital, to come to her private clinic if they want good treatment! There are much better Doctors & clinics to get your pet treated...period!

In a nutshell She is damn good. My experience with her has been nothing short of amazing. She saved my pup from Parvovirus infection. She knows what she is doing(while treating pets), she is upfront with pet owners and doesnt mince words as to what needs to be done. We got a cherry eye surgery for our Shihtzu in both her eyes. It was really difficult to get it done in both eyes together but she really helped us. We went for a regular visit and she was attended well. Now our dog is perfect. Getting the surgery done from her was a good decision. I highly recommend her services.

Do you know how hard it is to get an IV drip on a tiny kittens hand, and that too on the first attempt. Thats how skillful the doc is!I had 2 kittens spayed by her, I was ready to turn my wallet upside down, but she is so much reasonable with her prices.Nothing but respect for you doc!

Bad experience. Went in for a check up for my dog. Made us wait 20 mins because doctor was sleeping. During checkup didnt even look at my dog and gave an injection for a fungal infection. The assistant lef the syringe inside the dog and my dog started to bleed. Horrible experience

She has been my doggo babiesdoctor for years and I think its safe to say she is the best vetnerian you will ever find in Northern India. The finish and excellency in her hands is out of the world. She has twice brought my 11 year old dog back from the arms of death. He has severe anxiety issues and went into a cardiac arrest a few months back. Dr. Urvashi, even when not in her clinic hours, stood right there for more than half an hour giving my dog CPR. She did not leave him until his heart beats stabilized. Then again, after a few months, she saved him from Parvo virus (mind that he had not been vaccinated for 10 years because of the same anxiety issues) which makes my babys recovery even more of the doctors triumph. He is up and about running around the house, all fit and fine because of her. She has also performed hysterectomy with great excellence on my another dog. It was done with such precision that the scar was gone under a month. Both my doggies are living a wonderful and healthy life because of her. Her work, over the years and the struggles she have been through have inspired me so much that I have started interning under her, and trust me when I say that I am amazed by her knowledge, experience and dedication towards saving and improving each dog babys health and life. I wouldnt be sitting next to my pet (German Shepherd) today had I not found Dr Urvashi . My 5 yr old GSD started bleeding profusely from his nose midnight and this continued until the next morning. I couldnt find any doctor early in the morning , however luckily my friend told me about Dr Urvashi who readily took up the case. We rushed him to her. By the time we reached the clinic my pet had lost major amount of blood. We hardly had any hopes of taking him back home alive. Dr Urvashi treated him with utmost care as her own child and he survived the day. With a treatment that went for almost a fortnight she completely cured my pet .Be it any hour of the day , she is always ready to take calls and listen to your queries. Extremely loving towards animals, undoubtedly a thorough professional and very confident with her knowledge of the subject.We are very grateful to her for her assistance. I am now rest assured that we are raising our pet under the guidance of Dr Urvashi and come what may my pet will always overcome.

Dr.Urvashi is very good and well experienced doctor..we have a puppy who was affected by parvo virus..For 5 to 6 days it was vomiting and with blood diarrhoea...we lost our hopes..then we went to this doctor.. she gave medicine and that night puppy slept well..the next day it was jumping, shouting and was very healthy...it stopped vomiting since then and today its super fine....

I would like to share a genuine feedback about this Doctor. Though she is a good human being but sometimes she becomes very careless. I lost my beloved pet because of her carelessness she spayed my dog without testing her. My dog got pyometra which can be cured by medicines but she misguided my mother and told her that we need to spay her asap and she performed the spaying without doing any blood tests. Next day my dog broke the stitches and after that she couldn’t get recovered because there was a high protein level in my dog due to which her Stitches cannot stay for long. This doctor discovered that thing when she stitched her wound 5 times on the 5th time she told this thing to my bother that because of the High level of protein the stitches are getting Dissolved automatically. Then she gave my dog high doses due to which her internal organs got damaged and she got bed ridden she had her last food on 8th of October she was not able to digest anything. She did her surgery on 9th of October And my pet passed away on 25th of October. I couldn’t share how much she suffered because of her it was our biggest mistake that we chose her for my dog’s treatment.
