My brother had many complications like thyroid ,sugar, high cholestrol and with this he had some heart problem before coming to Velmed. Here doctor advised him to go for angiography and the process followed was very well and smooth. After this he had to go for bypass surgery and trust me i have no words to express his and my satisfaction, results are so outstanding and satisfying thanks to god and doctors of velmed ;Dr Chetan Sharma , Dr CP Tripathy and Dr Anjali. Dont go for ultrasound here... Worst radiology department ....They just took only 3 to 4 min for ultrasound, am not satisfied.. They are just making money..they dont take your problem seriously ..and I have gone through around 10 ultrasound last 5 years but this one is worst of worst....so it is my suggestion to higher authority..if u have good experienced doctor in your hospital...so there should be a highly qualified radiology department ..not for timepass because ultrasound is serious concern specially for Ladies..... According to my opinion If doctor suggest ultrasound. Go to other Lab....

Dr. Smita Vohra did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and restraint.

Replace your HR right now! She seems to be an unqualified person for this position, believe me. Having an HR executive with highly poor communication skills and without a presentable personality, this is not good for your hospitals reputation. I sent a friend of mine there for the interview, and it was a really bad and funny experience for her. According to her, the HR seemed to be a 10th fail state board student who cant even speak Hindi properly. She doesnt understand English at all, even she cant pronounce the basic words correctly. God knows who selected her for the role of HR and why. Avoid this hospital if you are looking for an employment.My advice to the management is to keep your words. You mention higher salary in the job post, but you offer less than that. This is ridiculous.

They are more interested in making money instead right treatment. If they are not able to handle serious patients they should inform this to the family. Doctors hide things if they cant handle. Its really very dangerous for risking someones life. If we had not changed hospital on time. We would have faced dire consequences.

I met in an accident on the 12th July and broke my knee cap also known as patella and was operated on 14th july by Dr. Omar Khurshid who is an orthopedic in velmed hospital who is a very good doctor humble and polite to talk I am so happy with him that he made me walk on the next day after the operation and today I am able to walk on my self without any support he is the best doctor till date who I ever met in my life I wish him a great future and may God bless him for making me recover so soon with my patella fracture.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.This hospital doesnt even deserve one star. My brother admitted as he was covid positive. The 15 days he was in this hospital was his most harrowing experience. Rude. Irresponsible and insensitive staff. Not providing patients with enough water. Food was cold and served in odd hours. Specially Night staff was so careless that they hardly bothered to check whether the oxygen supply is working properly. Patients wearing masks kept shouting but in vain. There were also no proper tests that is required but they kept taking the blood samples and there was no report.No phone was provided to the patients and the behavior of the staff kept their morale down. But they are highly proficient in billing and making money from relatives who had no clue what is the situation of the patient inside and what medications they are given.

NOT recommended. Very poor recovery rate. Their staff sells the medicine back to the pharmacy. Patients die with carelessness. They dont feed, do not.give water to patients at night. They have been fined recently for misappropriation and theft of medicines from the wards.Death is close to 99% if you trust them.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCEpls dont see the 5 star reviews they all are paid. Went for my grandfathers CECT scan yesterday at 8:15 am and still not have received the report . They dont have any reason as why they are not giving us the report. We called them like a zillion times syaing we need that report urgently...but still no progess from their side...said we will provide the report tomorrow...despite calling them again and again telling them its urgent and this is their work ethics pls dont go to this hospital and the worst part is they didnt tell us at the reception taht we dont have a radiologist at the hospital we have third party who writes the report
